"title": "Helpful! Visual needs work though",
"body": "The app works well accomplishing the actual tasks, such as placing reservations or sending messages, but the visual is really difficult because the areas to tap for the task bar at the bottom is obscured by the page you’re on. Also please update the bulletin board to show the text of the post when looking at photos attached to the post. It’s frustrating to have to go back to the main feed to see what the context was. Thanks!",

"title": "Makes something easy horribly annoying",
"body": "Autopay should be so easy. The management company knows my monthly charge, so they can just draw that amount each month. Instead, I have to get on this app to update the amount whenever there’s a change in the lease. But you can’t just update the amount, because you’re locked out for 10-days before payment is due. And then for 10 days after payment is due it still shows you have a balance owed. It is the most inconvenient middle-man app that has ever existed. I had to go to the office to find out what my monthly charges should be because it says it no where on the app. Then I had to delete my old autopay because it won’t let you edit the amount. Then when I tried to create a new autopay it won’t let you assign it to the first or last week of the month. So effectively you can’t make an auto pay. I cannot stress this enough, the app is completely useless GARBAGE.",

"title": "App doesn’t work after downloading",
"body": "I don’t understand the other reviews I reset my password multiple times through this app. It recognizes me but after keep changing my password each time that it says it doesn’t recognize my login. I still cannot use the mobile app to report a maintenance problem. I’ve been living in this apartment three years and they just changed the system and not only does. It tells me that I paid my rent late even though I have a receipt showing it was paid two days before it’s due, I still get an email telling me that it’s late and also have a fee and I have to keep sending an email to get it corrected. It doesn’t work and you should allow people to submit emails and have a formal form to submit through a computer because your app is broken and I can’t reach anyone.",

"title": "Bad update - edit: app no longer works!",
"body": "This app was fine before - not spectacular but it got the job done. The new update made everything hard to find and the interface is more confusing. You have to click more buttons to do stuff, the notifications/chat is now a tiny icon at the top, I can no longer swipe on notifications to mark them as read or delete them, and the app badge continues to say I have two unread notifications (I don’t) even after reinstalling the app. Editing to say that the app fully doesn’t work anymore. Either I open it and it stays on a blank white page, or the homepage appears but nothing happens when I click anything. Doesn’t even work by reopening the app, I have to fully delete and reinstall it in order to register a visitor. PLEASE FIX IT!!",

"title": "Frustrating app",
"body": "Ever since I moved in I was able to log in ONCE and after that nothing will ever work, this app is useless. I can’t log in, keep having to reset password cause it can’t recognize it. Even after updating the password it’d still say wrong password and make me change it. Even hitting submitting the new password it still say wrong password. Looking at the reviews so many people have this problem I dont understand why it’s still not fixed??? From the way my apartment system was set up they can’t update my move in walk through themselves and I need to do it myself on the app. I’ve been harassed with email reminder every single day for the past 4 months its getting ridiculous and this crappy app is not making it any easier.",
