I also loved being able to tour an apartment building all on my own in line with my schedule. I was able to easily get into the building, unit and amenity spaces all from the app. The audio and visual components also really helped me assess where I may want to live.",

I contacted customer support, but instead of an apology, they told me, “You should have gone to that address,” and they gave me a different address. They didn’t apologize or say anything else. They just signed off with “Have a nice day.” I don’t recommend this app or this company. They know absolutely nothing about customer service.",
