   We moved to the Pendleton community in September and have already enjoyed so many fun themed activities! My favorite so far was the dog pool party before they closed the pool for the winter—it was such a fun and unique event. The staff here is truly amazing and always so friendly and helpful. My husband’s job has taken us to many apartment communities across the U.S., and we can honestly say this one is by far the best we’ve experienced. The community is welcoming, well-run, and always has something going on. If you’re moving to the area, make sure you check out The Pendleton at Cranberry Woods—you won’t be disappointed!

2. 1/5Subtly deleting your post, manipulative practice enabled by Cobu development team.

   I wrote a post on my building’s Cobu chat about if anyone else was experiencing a collective noise issue from the outside and if so, reach out via DM/reply in thread so that we can find neighbours who are dealing with this noise: “Anyone else in the building notice a loud but persistent humming/vibrational noise in their apartment since a couple of days ago? I noticed it came back after a quiet couple of months and it’s noticeably disturbing. The building wasn’t great at handling this situation in the past, so I’m hoping to find other neighbours facing this issue so we could collectively work on getting this addressed. Please reply in thread or shoot me a message, thank you.” Soon after my post started getting liked/commented by others facing this issue, a moderator (“Morgan at Cobu”, who by design can’t be reached out to via message) reply saying “Please be sure to file a maintenance request for any building related issues in the appropriate app. The onsite team is not actively monitoring Cobu and won't be able to address any issues unless informed. Thanks so much!”. After this comment, my post became invisible to others in my building. Frustrating at best, and egregious manipulation at worst. Let neighbours talk to each other, isn’t that the purpose of your app? Stop enabling the silencing of people’s voices in favour of building’s agenda. Distasteful and dishonourable practice. Do better, Cobu, you’re selling out at the expense of doing the right thing.

   My experience living at the Caswell at Runnymeade Farms has been everything and more than what I expected for living at a luxury “resort” community. We visited many before finding our residence. We enjoy the monthly events the atmosphere and we feel so blessed 🙏🏻to have met such wonderful new friends and want to acknowledge the management as well. 👏🏼 They are accommodating and genuinely care about the residents comfort and security. I give them a “cyber standing ovation “ Much gratitude !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I’m proud to say six points. Bloomfield is my home !!!office staff is top-notch compassionate very attentive. The building always smells good. The studio layout is amazing. This building has really thick walls so you won’t hear your neighbors. I love the amenities. This is a real luxury building. Total bonus the New Jersey transit is right down the block also tons of restaurants coffee shops nail salons etc short drive To Montclair which has the best café marcels I appreciate that Bloomfield is a walkable neighborhood

5. 5/5Good App When Used

   I think this is a good app and that it has a lot of potential to build community and facilitate communication between neighbors. The challenge is getting everyone to use it in a positive way. But overall for our apartment it has been a good app.
