  1. 5/5My go‑to for hosting community concerts

I’ve been using Ticket Tailor for our house concert events, and it has been such a great fit. The platform is incredibly easy to set up — from creating the event page to managing ticket types, everything feels intuitive and streamlined. The pricing is also refreshingly reasonable, especially compared to other ticketing platforms, which makes a big difference for small, community‑focused events like ours. Overall, it’s become my go‑to tool for hosting concerts at home, and I’m genuinely happy with it.

  2. 4/5Good overall but a couple of suggestions

I've been using the new Ticket Tailor check-in app for quite a while now (we migrated over from the Tazotix check-in app) and while it generally works well and is definitely an overall improvement to the prior version, there are a couple of changes that I would like to suggest: 1. The option to manually initiate a sync. While the automatic syncing is great, it doesn't always work in real-time or reflect tickets that are purchased after the app is opened to scan. A simple "pull down to refresh" gesture to manually sync the doorlist and upcoming events list would easily solve this dilemma. 2. The option to display the full ticket type without truncating it underneath the ticket holder name in the doorlist. While I understand this change would cause each row to become greater in overall height, I believe having the option of showing the entire string would be beneficial due to ticket categories taking up a large portion of the available line space. Thanks for reading and considering. We've been using Ticket Tailor for years and enjoy the service overall. Keep up the good work!

  3. 5/5Highly recommend!

So glad I took a chance on this company. Ticket Tailor is straightforward and user-friendly, but offers plenty of choices to customize your ticketing. As volunteers with other jobs, the app allowed our planning committee to track ticket sales for our event easily. Check-in at the event was a breeze, too. I’m looking forward to utilizing it for our next fundraiser.

  4. 5/5Pleasantly surprised! 😃

We are a nonprofit and used ticket tailor for your first time for a luncheon. The WiFi was terrible where we were and some of the older guests could not find their ticket to scan. Between mannually checking people in and being able to use there too offline it could not have gone smoother. I'll also say their customer service is top notch!

  5. 5/5Ticket Tailor is the very best option for event ticket sales!

We LOVE this app. From creating your event to on-sale to check-in... it's SO easy and hassle free. And unlike many other services, the funds are transfered directly to you at the time of sale. As a small independent promoter, this is essential for us to be able to produce events. We can't recommend Ticket Tailor highly enough.... It's the best solution available!
