5/5Bug in program and slow support: Have to find an alternate receipt recorder
We have been using the software for quite some time. Recently we noticed that when we pick Client A, the software records Client C instead. It is either a bug in the software or something in the database has gone corrupt. It has been a week and we don’t have a solution yet. We are paying a lot on a monthly basis, we are looking to use our own in-house resource to record the receipts in QuickBooks instead.

This app is amazing! It is so easy to use and links right up to my QuickBooks account. I would recommend taking the training they offer so you learn all the ins and outs of the app cause it does way more than what meets the eye! It is well worth the money if you own or manage a business!

5/5Worst Expense Tool Ever
So confusing. I’ve used probably 10 different tools in my life and this is by far the worst. Can’t edit submissions files. Can’t submit from the website. Randomly groups things together. Just awful.

4/5Weird bug
I like Receipt Bank overall but there was a strange bug when changing my pw on an Apple 8+. I could put in the pw but the keyboard perfectly covers the “Save and Login” button. There’s no way to lower the keyboard so I was stuck (I just realized I could have rotated the phone - don’t know if that would have worked). In any case, its a UI bug that should be fixed. Otherwise, its a great program.

3/5Good for quick processing of simple receipts but overall it is lacking
1) Why can’t we categorize receipts as a nothing other than a charge? Need to be able to mark it as a bill. 2) Why have a dashboard but now indicate which clients have items in their inbox? 3) The resolution that the app saves photos in is garbage which makes it difficult to impossible to actually read receipts that are much longer than ~6 inches. This is unacceptable.

14-day trial is completely useless! Don't bother downloading this if you actually want to test the app before buying. The "14-day free trial" is so locked down and feature-restricted that you can’t properly evaluate how it handles real workflows, multi-page docs, or full integrations. How are you supposed to know if a product is worth paying for when you can’t even explore all the basic functions during the test period? Waste of time. Look elsewhere.

I am takeaway shop, operating through FoodHub, Just Eat, Deliveroo and Uber Eats. this app for, costs is amazing, but when it comes to sales it falters, I am using the app to scan receipts and push them to my company's bank feed on Xero. So, weekly I receive emails from the providers mentioned above, detailing the payment that I will receive from them based on my sales, so providers such as Just Eat send you the post commission/fees payment, Dext can't read those emails properly. Please, fix it
