  1. 5/5I miss Zoho

I currently have to use SAP Concur and I miss Zoho! The way Zoho is set up is so well thought out. The receipt matching with personal credit card line items is impeccable. It’s just perfect. If the User messes anything up, there is a group of administrative helpers that scan and review the submitted report and catch issues, duplications or anomalies, and corrects them before it goes to your supervisor.. Conversely with Concur I spend three days out of the month on weekends on expense reports. With Zoho I don’t spend more than three hours a month on my expense reports and there are never any issues when it goes through for company approval because I have people that are part of Soho that help make sure everything is correct. I miss Zoho 😭

  2. 1/5Laughable Execution of Camera Capture of Receipts

I love the web and desktop app. I use Zoho One across my entire business. But this mobile app has one single job and fails so miserably at such a core function it’s hilarious. I only need this to capture receipts and mileage while on the go. But the camera capture is almost entirely unusable for one slight oversight: the app doesn’t allow the camera to focus before it snaps the photo. It tries to capture the receipt before the app can even load and open the camera. It doesn’t care if it’s blurry, misaligned, out of frame, etc. Doesn’t matter how I access it, whether it be widget, app, shortcut, etc. I have to cover the camera and hope it’s lined up right before I expose it. This results in about 3-9 retakes every single time. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and every other possible fix. It’s been an issue since I downloaded it till now, across every app and OS update. It was an issue on my iPhone 12 Pro and is still an issue on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Same on my iPad Pro. It doesn’t verify anything and will snap the photo if it detects anything with even the slightest contrast. So I end up just getting frustrated and scan receipts in at home or office but of course lose receipts every so often. Please fix this. Just add a single second of a delay to allow the camera to focus. Every other capture and scan app I have used does this properly including the Zoho DocScan app. Then the auto scan gets details wrong because text is always skewed and out of focus. The speed is useless if I have to redo it half a dozen times. Fix it and I’ll gladly update the review because it’s fantastic if not for that.

  3. 5/5So easy to use and so convenient!

We have been using Zoho products for years and love the quality and especially the support. We switched from Neat Receipts to Zoho Expense a few months back and are still wondering why we didn’t do it sooner. The auto scan feature, searchable reports and the ability to email online receipts, keep everything organized and easy to use. Thank you Zoho for another fine product!

  4. 4/5Great Concept, Easy to Use, a Few Minor Issues

I mostly use the Zoho app to track my mileage for the work that I do. The setting to track using GPS is really awesome for that. However, when I’m visiting multiple locations, I would like to be able to keep it running the entire time. When I’ve tried this, the app crashes and doesn’t save any of the mileage that I’d tracked so far. So instead, I’ve resorted to starting and stopping the tracking at each destination. The problem with that, however, is sometimes I forget. It would be nice to see a map of the mileage that I tracked so I can figure out which trip I missed rather than just having to guess. Other than those two things, it’s a great app!

  5. 4/5Recommend to business that can afford this app

There’s a crash course of this app on you tube that was very helpful. I like that there is a free part to this app. But it’s not going to work for me. My business is very small and I don’t have very much money. The cost of this app for what I need is way more than I can afford. I do like that you can add other organizations and not just one. This app is everything that you need and more. Just to bad it’s so costly. I have to find a lower cost app. I definitely recommend if your a successful business.
