  1. 2/5Good luck contacting customer support

The app is designed to keep you as far away from customer support as possible. My test kit was sent to the wrong address and I have been unable to contact them to address this issue from within the app. This is an intentional design choice — these are the sorts of tactics product managers implement to ensure it’s difficult to open an issue, hoping that you eventually give up (and most do). Service is fine, but this sort of design decision shows a lot about a company.

  2. 1/5Nope scam

I did the at home test kit which was fine I guess- I did the full thyroid test because I have a goiter the size of a golf ball everyone can see it when they look at me, and my blood results were all "normal" in the green level. The reason I'm reviewing this app with one star is because I used telehealth on the app I paid 49$ for a consultation for a UTI which is treated with antibiotics prescription- she said I have to go be seen in person. So not only is my issue very easy to fix, and it's very painful, but now I wasted my money just to be told to go somewhere else? I've been in pain for 2 days because it really took them a long time to get back to me. I am never wasting my money on this app or this company ever again. All they had to do was prescribe me antibiotics but now I have to go in person somewhere I probably won't even get a refund wasted 50$ on them for literally no reason, to be in pain for longer than necessary

  3. 4/5Thrilled there’s an iOS app, but...

I love I can easily pull up my metrics now and LetsGetChecked is a great testing service. I use the service in tandem with testing from my health care provider and have leveraged the results in discussions about health care options. What I’d really like to see is this app, or rather the service as a whole, onboard to Apple’s Health Kit platform, so the test results can be pulled into Lab Results section, similar to other direct-to-consumer testing services. The goal being I can review my historical results (e.g. testosterone, prolactin, etc) in tandem with my results from my health care provider and other testing services in a single graph. The app is a great first step and I’m very appreciative, if you could take this next step in the evolution of your service, it would be great!

  4. 4/5Questionable delay

Overall service was good with the video test taking and the UPS pickup, however we had sent in 3 tests all done together, all put into 1 box. 2 results returned at the same time, but the 3rd at 24 hours later. Didn’t make sense since all 3 were negative, but it was cutting it close to being able to scratch the flight and reservations, and make other plans with the 3rd coming in late.

  5. 5/5Love the app and the service

The app is extremely easy to use and has worked perfectly. I used LetsGetChecked for the very first time and absolutely loved this service. The test arrived in the mail on time and they received it back 14 hours after the UPS picked it up. My results was ready in 2 days. I missed the call back from the nurse, so I called the customer service number they provided me and they immediately connected me with a nurse. The nurse was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this service to everyone and I would absolutely use again. In fact I have order another test with them.
