1. 1/5NEVER FLY EMIRATES OR FLY DUBAI

   Absolutely the worst service, hidden extra baggage fees, I couldn’t add an additional bag online, the system wouldn’t let me, I emailed & called them. They said I had to check the extra bag at the airport & there was no guarantee that it would get on the plane. In the end they charged me 270€ for the bag & said I was supposed to call them 24 hours before the flight. Their won’t be a next time. I wrote to them after the flight, they said it’s my fault for not calling them 24 hours in advance, when trying to check in. I could pay for a seat but not a bag and no where does it say to call them. This is the 21st century this should be handled on line. Every other airline lets you check In baggage on line. I travel nonstop, I’m a digital Nomad. Please do not give them your business. Outrageous baggage fees!! Never again!

2. 1/5Constant error and crash through out the app

   This was one of the best apps to use earlier, so this must be one of the recent updates released without any quality control. The app did not allow me to perform a single action end to end without resulting in error or app crash. Right from meal selection, first time seat selection, change seat, check in, passport information. Each one of them failed to complete without multiple tries. Even my booking experience crashed with an error message “booking was not successful and experiencing a technical issue and after few hours I got the tickets by email. Would have been a bigger issue had I not seen the email confirmation and would have lost opportunity to cancel within 24 hours free cancellation window.

3. 5/5Best airline to fly worldwide

   I’ve flown emirates business, Singapore business, Qatar business, United business and economy in all the same airlines. Emirates business class is by far the best, hands down, no comparison. They fly the a380 to the most destinations. I’ve had the a380 on every single one of my flights, even the short 3 hour flight. Doha airport shuttles you around like cattle on their buses when they land you in the middle of their parking lots, the ve never been on a bus in Dubai airport. Emirates customer service is also top notch. The economy on the other airlines also fails in comparison to emirates. When it comes to price emirates also beats out the others!!! I’ll add 3 extra hours onto my trip just to fly emirates!

   Starting this review based on food and bad customer service, first of all we chose the airline based on comfort and quality unfortunately we didn’t experience either couldn’t update to business of premium economy class 36 hrs prior to trip and we get to check in in lax they didn’t help and there manager told me she can’t help me bcz I booked through Amex business card so if you ever book through Amex don’t fly with emirates , the other thing food option poor if you are Indian or like Indian food it’s ok if not you left out with poor choice of food, it’s like flying Indian air but with emirates painted plane This will be my last fly with emarites it’s not worth it any more

   There is a bug in which you can't do the check-in, if the air company is a partner of Emirates (not Emirates directly). This delayed my whole trip, and it was very bad!
