   In my 4 years of having this app, it has caused me nothing but issues. From refusing to place my order to refusing to log in, it’s a mess. For example, the app gave me a notification today that they were offering “BOGO 10 pc wings” so I go to the app to place an order cause it was only valid today. I try to order but the offer will not work cause I was not logged into the app. Keep in mind I’ve had an account since I’ve downloaded the app. I go to log in and it refuses to log me in, saying a vague “something went wrong” with no help. After I try to reset my password thinking maybe it’s my fault, and the same issue arises. This is just 1 of the many examples of them giving me offers just to have the app completely not work while trying to redeem them and I am quite honestly sick and tired of it. It’s bad enough that it doesn’t work with the offers, but even day to day ordering is a gamble of whether it’ll decide to work as I have had my order refuse to place on multiple occasions. Whoever does the app development for this company needs to be tar and feathered and replaced ASAP.

   i love zaxbys so freaking frickin’ much it means the world and more to me ❤️ the chicken is so delicous so so so much better than canes and its never dry it has so much good flavor and the hi c there is spectacular 😋 i love zaxbys and i hope everyone does the app is so usefull to fulfill my desire and need for zabys whenever i want it 🥺 so thats that guys get the zaxbys app mika signing out ✌️ Edit: Forget everyhitng i said. i didnt means a thing. zaxbys has done everyhting in its power to give me a terrible LIFE. every time i go to zaxbys i go with the excitement of getting a delicous drink of hi c but today upon seeing the drink machine i discovered: THEY ONLY HAVE THE BAD FLAVORS. although i still drabk the hi c, i am EXTREMELY frusterated with this outcome. my mother now has to pay for my therapy because i was and AM SOOOOO upset!!! 😡😤 because of this she is very angry and has resorted to yelling and taking away my ipad. because of my ipad taken i cannot type for mych longer but i leave yall with one message: FRICK ZAXBYS AND DONT GO BACK EVER.

3. 5/5Blank stares from employees with mobile order

   I guess I’m an eternal optimist, but I thought “oh well, just because all these other people had issues with mobile orders on the app doesn’t mean I will.” I was sadly mistaken. I placed an order via the app, arrived at the restaurant, came inside and sat down. I watched as a couple walked in, placed their order with the cashier, and then received their food before my order was called. Annoyed, I walked up to the counter and asked the status of my mobile order. The cashier had no idea Zaxby’s even had an app, let alone if an order was pending. She turned and asked the kitchen manager(?). The manager kept asking if I had a “confirmation number”, which is not displayed on the app screen. Then another member of the kitchen staff walked around to the other side of the kitchen and found that my order had been displayed on a different kitchen screen for 11 minutes, unnoticed. I finally got my food made after all this. Terrible experience. I likely will not use the app again for a long time, if ever.

4. 5/5Not sure why they offer an APP...

   I downloaded the App last fall when Zaxby’s places the little signs by the register that says “download the app & get rewarded”. I love most of my other reward apps & use them often. So I was excited to try this one. I have been SO disappointed: it’s basically useless. In a 3 month timeframe I made multiple purchases (I even used the scan & pay option) - and I received ZERO rewards! Nothing. I asked multiple employees if the App was working yet or if they could help me figure out there were never any rewards. The employees have no clue. They indicated that it works for others... ok. I have emailed customer service (they indicated that no rewards are being offered - which sounds kind of odd, but it does equate to the rewards that I’ve received). Today I received a text asking me to “ Zaxby's: Find out about rewards and special offers in the Zaxby's app. Download yours today.” & an email advertising “the App Fans Appreciate!/Get Rewards & Special Offers”... I downloaded the App that I previously deleted... & of course, it shows no rewards. Good grief - I should have known better!!!

5. 1/5Nothing but problems!

   This is the worst food app I’ve ever seen! I’ve had nothing but problems with it every time I have used it. Yesterday I placed a online order and when trying to pay it said to try again something went wrong and nothing was wrong the first time but it charged my card twice!! Then when I get to my Zaxbys location and tell them I’m here to pick up my order for Jamie they claim they can’t find a order for that name. So had to pull up and show the manager where it said it was placed and where it took my money twice. She comes bringing this printed out paper of what I ordered and said they canceled the order didn’t say why and that my funds would be put back on my card. I still wanted the food considering I payed for it twice. So she offered to put it back on her system but I’d have to wait in that long line and pay for it again..Of course they once again gave me problems when I returned but I finally got my food and I am planning on telling the GM of this location this horrible experience! I do want my money put back on my card that it took twice since this app for some reason decided to cancel my order!! I use to work for Zaxbys and tbh their online ordering was a joke and never failed to give customers and the workers problems. I am never using this app again!
