1. 2/5Fix the barcode scanner

   App is ok except for the barcode scanner to earn rewards. In order to bring the barcode large enough to be in the “box” to scan, it will not focus. Moving the phone farther away is in focus but so small it won’t scan. No other app on my phone that uses camera to scan barcodes has this issue. Just the Slims app. It needs to dynamically focus. Should be a very basic concept for the app developers but here we are. It’s been this way for months… Also, please stop this nonsense of linking “app support” in the App Store to the main website where you have to hunt for support. Just make it a link directly to a contact form or email. It’s as if you don’t want your users to report issues or ask for help. So rather than digging for a contact form that will go to the restaurant and not the developers, I’ll leave a review instead.

2. 5/5First of many future visit to slim chickens

   Today was my first visit to slim chickens. I was very impressed. Was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable slim chicken employee who was a great help when ordering. Place our order, picked out a table and by the time I got back from getting my drink the food was at the table. Very hot. The restaurant was very clean. Employees cleaning up as people left. Also asking how our food is and if there was anything they could do to make our visit pleasant. I don’t frequent fast food restaurants very often but I will definitely be coming back soon. The selection of food, side and drink options are great. Five stars to all the employees.

3. 5/5Mountain Home, Arkansas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I recently visited Slim Chickens that just opened in Mountain Home and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the mac & cheese, fries, and fried mushrooms complemented the meal perfectly. What truly stood out however, was the incredible staff. They were sweet and kind and making sure that every customer was well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor, and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Slim Chickens to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I also downloaded the app which made it really easy to look over the menu as well as they offered a free chicken sandwich for downloading the app. I’ll definitely be coming back!

4. 5/5Delicious food, buggy app

   The app has consistent problems across multiple devices, completing an online order. Most of the time whenever you go to the payment option. The screen goes entirely black and you have to force close the app and rebuild your order again. Once you get past that point, my credit card is always declined every single time. No other app has any problems with my credit card and this happens on multiple devices. I have to re-add my credit card each time. I place an online order with this app. I would love to Slim Chickens could look into this and address it because we really love the food, but we hate the app.

5. 1/5Horrible App Experience

   when the slim chickens first opened where I live I tried it out once but never went back as the employees were rude and it was disorganized. I saw a commercial for the 10 nugs deal and decided to try again as it’s been a couple years. Firstly- no matter what card I used the app said there was a problem submitting the order. After multiple attempts and reviewing my info for accuracy I decided to delete the account and reregister to fix the problem as there’s no obvious reason the app isn’t working. After deleting the account the app would not let me sign back up via apple so I used my email- then I was refused account creation again because my phone number is associated with my deleted account I’d had via Apple sign in. Phone is required so I’ve no way of creating an account. It’s a horrible user experience and I have never had a positive experience with slim chickens whether that was in store or in app- what a mess, very frustrating experience. Don’t waste your time with this place!! Also- the full app doesnt even fit my iphone se screen so the menu at the bottom of the app is illegible- just don’t waste your time with this business.

   App doesn't work on my Android. First, it couldnt process my payment. (Multiple cards were tried). Now, when I try to go to my cart, it "can't validate your cart". Please fix it.

   This latest update has broken the app! I spent time building my entire order, adding my address for delivery, but once I clicked to pay for my order, the entire cart emptied and gave some weird error message in a red banner up top! I tried re-doing the same order 6 times, and YOUR app failed the same way EVERY TIME! Tried to see if I could order through a webpage on Google Chrome, and it only redirected me back to the failed app! So I gave up and ordered at Cane's Chicken instead!
