1. 5/5So worth the wait!!!! Run don’t walk there for an amazing meal!!!

   I have been waiting months to finally try this place. I am a self diagnosed chicken wing and chicken tender connoisseur! I placed an online order and it was quick and easy. I was told my order would be ready at 12:30pm (prime lunch time traffic) when I arrived, the parking lot was full so I went through the drive-thru. Not too many cars, but when I pulled up to the speaker and told them I had placed an online order and gave them my name, they told me my order was ready and it was unnecessary for me to wait in the drive-thru line. I looked behind me and I was stuck with cars behind me. Not even 30 seconds later I hear my name being called and they ran my meal right out to me and the folks in the line let me out. I was in and out of there in les than 3 minutes. When I finally dove in it was amazing! The tenders were so good, the wings were so good and so were the fried mushrooms and don’t get me started on their sauce and the gravy!!!! I will be back there so soon!! Such a great experience!! 10/10

2. 2/5Waited 30 minutes for cold and missing food because drive-thru was only pick up option

   I would suggest you turn off the mobile/online ordering option when you close the inside and curbside and drive-thru is the only option. I placed a mobile order at 10:35 but didn’t know the inside would already be closed to the public. Drive-thru was the only option for me to retrieve my food and there were other cars in front of me placing their orders. My food was estimated to be ready at 10:46, but because I had to wait behind people that hadn’t placed orders yet, I didn’t receive my order until 11:10 and of course everything was already boxed up just waiting for pick up so all of our food was stone-cold and we didn’t even receive our complete order as the toast was missing and we didn’t know until we were home and it was too late to do anything about it. Very disappointed all around with this trip. Had I known the only means for me to pick up my order was drive thru I would’ve waited to place the order when I arrived so it would be ready when I reach the pick-up window rather than 30 minutes prior...which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. At least the young gentleman at the window was friendly and apologetic for the wait. I politely told him “ The wait is not so much a problem; I’m more concerned with the food being cold.” and thanked him as I pulled away. Again I suggest, y’all turn off the mobile option when the drive-thru is the only way to receive your pre-paid food. Because no one wants to wait 30 minutes for cold and missing food. Again, order was placed at 10:35, estimated ready at 10:46, received at 11:10 with toast missing. Not a good trip tonight and not sure when we’ll be back.

   This was our first visit to a Slim Chickens. We used the drive thru. It was 50 degrees and sunny. Jarrett S. Is listed on the ticket at 10:57 AM. He did a great job and was very respectable towards my wife and myself. The guy who moved us up in the car line was also very nice. The young lady who handed us our drinks confirmed who we were and had a great smile. The other person who asked if we needed ketchup or salt/ pepper was also nice and had a great smile. Those team members we never see like cooks etc. did a great job in preparing our food. The wings and fingers tasted great. I loved the sauce selection and I really enjoyed the sriracha and garlic. Loved the fried okra and a classic Mac n cheese as the sides. My wife Jenny really raved about the chicken and waffles. A big thank you to all of your team members for making this first visit awesome. We look forward to our next visit.

   While my wife was ordering our food inside the Parker restaurant an elderly man had spilled his drink so I said to De’Vonna that there was a drink mess made in the table and on the floor and before I could say everything they were quickly cleaning up the soda mess. We have ate at this restaurant twice this week and the food is the greatest chicken in town. Their employees are extremely polite and professional. Inside the restaurant is super clean. All my neighbors are talking about this restaurant to spread the word on excellent food. If you have not tried it please don’t wait any longer. I mentioned how much we love this new restaurant to Jimmy the General Manager who was extremely friendly and was delivering food and cleaning tables. If I could give them more then 5 stars I sure would.

5. 5/5Mountain Home, Arkansas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I recently visited Slim Chickens that just opened in Mountain Home and had an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked and the mac & cheese, fries, and fried mushrooms complemented the meal perfectly. What truly stood out however, was the incredible staff. They were sweet and kind and making sure that every customer was well taken care of. Their friendly demeanor, and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Slim Chickens to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I also downloaded the app which made it really easy to look over the menu as well as they offered a free chicken sandwich for downloading the app. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   App doesn't work on my Android. First, it couldnt process my payment. (Multiple cards were tried). Now, when I try to go to my cart, it "can't validate your cart". Please fix it.

   This latest update has broken the app! I spent time building my entire order, adding my address for delivery, but once I clicked to pay for my order, the entire cart emptied and gave some weird error message in a red banner up top! I tried re-doing the same order 6 times, and YOUR app failed the same way EVERY TIME! Tried to see if I could order through a webpage on Google Chrome, and it only redirected me back to the failed app! So I gave up and ordered at Cane's Chicken instead!
