1. 5/5Just go to the restaurant and order…

   First few times using the app to order in advance at the Phenix City, AL location was great but the last time was horrible. Made my order went to pick it up and was told that it wasn’t showing a order for me. I explained that I could show were I made the order and were the money was taken off my credit card still gave a hassle like I was trying to get free food. Waited in line for almost an hour to show proof and I had to leave do to an family emergency. Went back a 2 days later to see about a refund or even to offer me the food but was told I had to contact customer service. Did that and still haven’t received or heard anything back. Like I said if you want Krystal that back save your money and time and just wait in their ridiculous line.

   When everyone is trying so hard to keep up with food apps like Chick-fil-A One and Krispy Kreme maybe do better than just trying to run their race. Within the app the prices differ greatly from the posted prices at the local restaurant. The app also only allows for pickup (obviously there’s only one option because Krystal doesn’t deliver) but if it’s all pickup why not allow those members who are signed in to pay at restaurant. Or at least select cash. Truth be told it takes a certain degree of restaurant loyalty (and trust) to go through the process of creating an account and attaching our payment methods. If we have loyalty and trust for Krystal perhaps you should take pride in your customer base and actually take into consideration the very people you WANT to use your app. On the topic of general improvements: most commercial apps include coupons or freebies on their apps these days. I see and get Krystal coupons in the PRINTED paper so why not give local managers and operators the opportunity to serve the community with good deals and bargain coupons. I recently visited another local Krystal and reported an issue and it seems to have been blamed solely on the manager when indeed the problems I and my community see are with corporate. Don’t blame managers or staff for things changed by you Mr. chief cheese. That being said I love Krystal and want to see you do better than this. Please consider these improvements to the app along with a general cleanup and organizational improvements.

3. 5/5No DISCOUNTS OR DEALS.

   Where are the deals? There is not one lick of actual deal on this app besides you sitting here buying something that’s less than five dollars. You can’t even get an actual sack full for a decent amount of money or any type of deal whatsoever. Nobody is paying $20 for a sack full with cheese when that is the most common, desirable thing on the app. Place coupons and actual deals on the app rather than sitting here trying to get people to purchase for regular price. There’s no type of deals whatsoever

   First off stay away. I went through the drive through at the Brainerd Road location. I did not get my order. I had 6 Krystals two with cheese and an order of Bone In wings. Got the order home. No cheese on any Krystals and no wings. The only that was right was the cherry icee. Don’t even think about calling regarding your missing or incorrect order. They don’t answer the phone. I tried for two days at all times for a total of 35+ calls. None ever answered. Talk about disappointment! People didn’t eat that evening as their food order wasn’t there. The quality and expectations involving Krystal has really declined since it sold. I’ve been where one center didn’t have any French fries. Another one no chili. And they don’t serve chili anymore except on their hot dogs if they have hot dogs. Really gone downhill and I’m hacked at paying for food I didn’t receive. My suggestion is to give up on any kind of meal from Krystal. It is no longer there. You will be disappointed and no way to complain or be compensated for the lack of an order.

   I was sad to see Krystal closed in Foley Ala. I LOVE Krystals. Even though they had the worst service ever!!! Then I discovered another Krystal drive thru opened down the street in Foley Ala. I was sooo happy. I love Krystals. Then quickly realized the customer service was the same as before. Awful!! It is not the Krystal Burgers. It is the Customer Service that is awful again. When I ordered at the drive - thru Dreshunna/Prescious seemed confused and told me the wrong total. Then when I drove up to the window she was to busy talking to the other employees, still talking to the employees when she gave me my change. The Krystal burgers were delicious, but the Customer service was still awful. Until you make this better, people will hate going there like before. Work on Customer service at all Krystals. I don't want to see Krystal close again. They need Supervision and training.
