1. 1/5Terrible service in Radcliff Kentucky

   I was in Radcliff, Kentucky did the whole mobile order thing which should make me “skip the line” and went through the right lane to obtain the food first I was told to drive to the other lane which is only for DoorDash or online delivery orders , waited 25 mins just to get to the other window again just to be told my food was given out to the car in front of me which was an actual DoorDasher… THEY WERE NOT BUSY btw I got there at 12 am left at 1:15am still don’t get my order correct nor did they ask me to refund my order because if the long ahh wait the manager wouldn’t even speak to me directly kept having the kid that had no idea what they’re doing to continue to talk to me … at the end of the time me being there I am had to demand and tell them my order had two drinks on it and allow them as well to have my phone to see what I ordered. They really need to get it together ASAP! Very much drug users if they can’t work a simple drive through like rally’s… will be talking to corporate about this I was discriminated against because I’m young they thought it don’t matter she can wait and that’s not okay. For anyone to deal with none the less a person on break at work.

   This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I placed a mobile order and waited in the mobile order pick up line for over 20 minutes before the car in front of me who was in park when I arrived, left. They gave us half of our food and then told us to find a parking space to wait so we did. We waited in the parking space for another 30 minutes before I walked up and asked for a refund because what we had gotten was now cold. They told me they could not do a refund if I had ordered through the app and that I needed to get a refund through the app I said OK that's fine, But I've tried to do refunds through apps before and never could get one so I asked him to show me on my phone where I could go on the app to get my refund. The employee took my phone and dropped it onto the counter, and then the floor. The floor was filthy. he then went through the app for a minute and then gave the phone back to me and walked away without a word. When I asked him how I was supposed to get a refund if even he couldn't figure it out, he said that he "didn't look how to get me a refund" he "just went through my app." Very nice. He then said he needed the food that I had gotten back to give me a refund. I said OK and gave him the food. He disappeared for another 15 minutes and then came back and said he couldn't give me a refund and I said, can I at least get new food made, and he walked away without saying anything. I went onto the checkers website and called the customer service line there and I was told that they could help me in 3 to 5 business days. Completely unacceptable. I received no food I paid over $40 for. Checkers stole from me and I will be doing a chargeback on my card come Monday.

   On March 7, 2024 I ordered my food on the mobile app for checkers. I ordered two funnel cake, fries, and a strawberry soda. I was literally down the street from the checkers. When I pulled in the drive-through, they told me I could not get my food through the drive-through. I had to get out my car and retrieve my food at the window. I pulled around to the window out my car to get my food. Once I got to the window, I told him my name the man proceeded to get my food. My food was sitting on the counter in the bag stapled together. He told me that they did not have strawberry soda. Did I want fruit punch? I said sure. then I opened my bag and my funnel cake fries were lukewarm. I asked the manager if he could drop some new ones because they were Luke warm. He told me no he could not then the coworker or the team member slam the window and locked it in my face. they are very unprofessional and I don’t feel like if I’m not doing Uber eats or DoorDash I should be able to get my food through the drive-through. That’s why I pre-order it on the mobile app because I don’t want to get out of my car!!! I am seven months pregnant and the way they handled the situation and treated me was beyond professional. Then they told me I could not get a refund because I ordered on the mobile app that I had to do cancel it on the mobile app. You cannot cancel and checkers order on the mobile app so I don’t know why they said that. So now I have no food and I’m out of money. That is not acceptable to me. That is not how you run a business. So unsatisfied and disappointed at this location.

4. 1/5Unusual Customer Service Experience

   Ordered online at the Belleview, FL location. Pulled up and the female manager which had glasses on; was outside with her employee chiller with some other kids and told me before I even pulled up to the window if we were DoorDash and I said no, that we are an online order. She stated that their ordering system is messed up and if they don’t have it on their end that they will not make the order. Funny maybe if she was inside working, she would know if she had our order. Also weird considering I could show my mobile order receipts and that I paid for it… come on now lol Unfriendly to a degree too when substitutes became an issue with my order. Would not replace my spicy chicken patty for regular non spicy chicken. Her excuse that original chicken clucker patty was too expensive for the switch: fyi I didn’t ask for the chicken clucker. Shouldn’t there be an original chicken patty for the pick two deal if there was an option for spicy?? Second, they were out of bacon and cheese sauce so I had to substitute my backnzilla for a big Buford. Pretty sure that’s a price difference huh. Then no apple pies so I got more mortadella sticks. Only bonus to this experience honestly. She did say thank you and ever a good night. Hope she does too lol Belleview location needs HELP.

   I placed an order in the app today & when I arrived to pick it up, I realized the wrong location was chosen-in a town 40 miles away. I completed an order at the correct location, after being politely told they did not have an order for me. I asked the manager there how to cancel the first order & she looked on my phone and said she didn’t know & told me to call the other store, explain & ask them to cancel it. She was very sweet & tried to help. So I called the store & asked to speak to the manager. I explained what happened & asked her what I needed to do to get the order cancelled. She very rudely told me she couldn’t do that. I asked her what I needed to do & she said call corporate. She finally gave me the corporate number & I called them, reaching a person in a foreign country call center I could hardly understand. Once again, I explained what happened & was told she couldn’t cancel the order since it had been “completed.” I told her it was not picked up, so it wasn’t completed. I asked to speak to her supervisor, was told it was no use, I’d be told the same thing. I said so I’m paying for food I never received. She said yes, there’s nothing we can do. She said they couldn’t cancel or reverse the charge. What?? I told her Rally’s lost a very good customer & I’d not be back there again. So now I’m going to have to call my bank tomorrow (holiday today) & dispute the charge. What a pain for a little mistake. I hope it works out. One hundred dollars or two dollars, it’s wrong.
