   i live in the southwest but on east coast time. most affordable coworking only allows local business hours. the local library forces masks, but since i teach online, that’s not an option for me. this is the only affordable option, even with only one 24/7 access location: please add more. i’m really grateful that i can do my job. without wework, it’s using hotspots and virtual backgrounds to hide that i’m working from my car. thank you. the first time visiting is a little awkward. my payment also still hasn’t processed, which is confusing. but i can do my job in a dog friendly environment. so much stress taken off my plate thank you.

2. 4/5Great service but App crashes all the time and most locations don’t have height adjustable chairs

   Pros: In general love the coworking space service and the ease with which you can subscribe, onboard and book locations - all online without a need to speak to an agent (which is often the case with traditional coworking spaces). The entrance key card usage and wifi connection, the availability of tea/snacks- all extremely convenient. Cons: App crashes as soon as anything too quick. Locations on the map disappear after zooming in and out. The app doesn’t have a per-location feedback option, no information on the floor numbers per location. Unfortunately most locations do not have height adjustable chairs so often seats are extremely non-ergonomic (kitchen chairs) - shocked that this is the case. No opportunity to switch a location within a day if you don’t like it.

3. 1/5App is abysmally slow

   The actual WeWork locations are hit or miss. Some have “all access rooms” or dedicated quiet spaces which have real desks and real office chairs. While other locations only have common areas which are glorified lounges with uncomfortable couches, booths, and non-ergonomic seating at tables which are too high, too low, or don’t have power. How are you supposed to work longer than a few hours in that environment? They say on the app you’re “reserving a hot desk” but more often than not there is not “desk” at all, only what I described. The actual WeWork app is painfully slow at every step. Whether it’s initially opening the app, switching views from rooms, to desks, or actually completing a booking you can pretty much count on any action taken to take at 5 seconds. Every element and picture are constantly being reloaded. Have they ever heard of caching? Apparently not. With all that being said. If you can find a good WeWork location with actual desks and quiet spaces, it can be a great deal especially compared to other coworking spaces.

4. 1/5App review - buggy and unreliable, quits out randomly

   Can’t tell you how annoying it is for the app to consistently quit out on me every day when I reserve a hot desk. Not sure if this is a result of the company going bankrupt and not having any developers or designers left on the payroll, but the app needs to be fixed to easily find and select one of the 30 locations in NYC for the thousands of ppl who rely on this app every day so they have a place to work - without freezing and quitting every single session. Think about the user experience. One click needed to select from favorite locations to reserve a hot desk. Maybe an integration with Google Maps when deciding which location to go to?? Current map I need to go to a separate location to see the distance and time it takes to get there.

5. 3/5Unable to sign in. Support is terrible.

   I tried to create an account and was hit with an error that says “please try again later.” Support was no help. They said just uninstall and reinstall and was trying to push me off the phone. When they didn’t work they forwarded me to someone else who hung up on me. I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes trying to get back in touch. Update: The login issue was eventually resolved. Unfortunately I spent 90 minutes of support passing the buck until someone told me they were aware of and working to fix the issue.

   Bad experience UI loading infinitel, nothing pops up. I've been using this app for years, don't see any improvements. Very bad app for a big company like this. Why can't you remember my session but ask me to login almost every time? It's ok to login again, but man, the logging page just stick in loading... I'm so speechless
