   I love using the Upromise App. So easy to use. My only complaint is, when I upload my receipts, it takes forever to upload, N not only that. Sometimes it takes so long I just exit whatever grocery store receipt I’m trying to upload. I go to Costco a lot. N for some reason many of the items I buy, N I have on Upromise list, won’t give me my cash back. It doesn’t recognize many of the items. I don’t know why. It never gets the wine. Says it’s not on my receipt. Even tho it’s clearly there. It’s just abbreviated. But It can clearly says age confirmed. Never can once get it. I don’t know if many of items not being credited m, because it’s abbreviated. But I don’t have a problem loading my receipts on other apps. Don’t get my wrong, I love the Upromise app. It’s so easy to earn cash back. N since I shop alot. I go grocery shopping alot. But, sometimes it won’t recognize besides the wine, tomatoes sometimes. I bought Worcestershire sauce. That’s clearly a sauce. It won’t give me my credit a few times now as well. I have the most problems with my Costco receipts, than any other store. I dunno why. Constantly won’t credit me. Few times for pack of drumsticks, that’s chicken says I didn’t have it on my receipt too. I honestly think it doesn’t read the Costco receipt right. Many of their items are abbreviated, maybe that’s why. So can u please fix that. After I take a picture to upload my receipt, it takes a freakin’ life time. So I have to exit, go back so again. Does the same thing. So I exit do it again, until it goes through fast. Cause it shouldn’t take 4-5mins to get my items off my receipt. There’s much improvement needed on this app. But it still is an awesome app to use.

   I got back on this app after an looonngg hiatus. So long in fact that I wasn’t even aware they did surveys. Anyway that was about 4-5 months ago and I was trucking along and making very good progress & was very, very impressed. In the past week that has come to a screeching halt…..all of a sudden, no surveys available, can’t make my daily bonus because there are no viable ‘offers’ to meet that requirement. WHAT IS GOING ON UPROMISE!?!?! I was going to highly recommend this to some fellow surveyors, but not any longer.

3. 1/5If I could give it negative stars, I would… NO customer service

   I really wanted to love this. I thought it was a great idea for people saving for their children's college, with small contributions over time. I’ve had the app/account for less than a month now. In the last week, my account has been suspended twice. There is no customer service. The submit button on the website doesn't work to send them a message, they don't reply to messages on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn, and there is no customer service phone number. I got the Upromise credit card through Barclays, and they don’t even have a contact number for them. I feel the lack of customer service is especially concerning since they are helping you get extra cash for your child's future education. I would not recommend the service to anyone looking for an extra few bucks their child’s future. it’s more of a headache than it is helpful.

   This app will not allow me to reach $10 in order to withdraw and it says I might have to wait 7 - 45 days depending on my method. A lot of apps does this. Before you reach the goal a lot of weird things happen on person all the while it’s stealing information constantly while taking all of the time out your day. Before I reach $9, every survey I did went through immediately now all of a sudden I’m doing the same types of surveys and it says this isn’t available anymore but that’s after I’ve done the survey so it’s blatant scam. Do not download this app unless you love wasting time who wants to make $9 in 2 hours just for you not to be able to get ANYTHING in return. And don’t come under here talking about we are sorry blah blah blah give me my money for my time ASAP or I’m going the legal route and expose this scam app.

5. 1/5Don’t do any surveys

   On the website, they advertise and ask you to do all these surveys for different amounts of money, I go through them and take 5 to 10 minutes doing each one and then after that, it tells me I’m not qualified for it depending upon whatever my answers are and then gives me no credit and tells me another one that it recommends for me, then does the same thing for the recommended one. I like the program, but the surveys are making me absolutely irate, I’ve wasted two hours of my life trying to find one survey that would give me even a dollar. So the program is fine, but the surveys are worthless. I feel like I’ve been violated with how much of my personal information I’ve put in there and then not gotten credit for anything.
