   I almost never write app reviews, but I had to take the time to write this one because of how incredible this company is. I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit and the instant approval with NO hard credit check and NO deposit was a game changer. I wasn’t looking for an instant approval—no deposit card so that I could have more money to spend; it truly was to build my credit and there were no options out there like this. And I LOVE that the only way to increase your limit is by *learning* about responsible credit usage. As far as the app goes, the UI is simple, refreshing, easy to use, and aesthetically pleasing. I almost never encounter bugs to the point that when an update comes out for bug fixes I’m left wondering what the issues were lol. Overall, this 5-star review is for both the app AND ArroFi as a company. 🙏🏻🤍

2. 1/5It is like dealing with habitual liars

   1. Yes they perform a hard inquiry 2. Yes they take, keep and use personal information 3. The app works as if it were developed by a high school technology class 4. The bank backing the company is at best barely a bank. The bank has a less than good rating 5. They absolutely do not report any good things about your payments 6. They will double down on negative impacts to your credit People please research this company before trying them. I will gladly publicly apologize and take this review down, as I am writing this review—I have received emails about the new inquiry on my credit. Guess who from!!! Finally, the Support team will lie and blame you or anyone but themselves for anything negative. Like my good ol’ Pappy used to say if it too good to be true—it is not true. It is sad because I was in awe that someone would try to help the downtrodden and pick them up when they are down but these cats only want you to stay down very sad day for America!!! A hard inquiry was performed! I sent the documents and was told again I was wrong so it is out of my hands. I am completely done dealing with you guys. You hurt my credit and then lied about the issue. Mistakes happen but when you try to hide it you lose my respect. I will not reach out and if you want to talk to me you have my information.

   I don’t like that you changed your rules on me in the middle of the game! Cause I was doing so well, you decided to put a cap on that. I’ve never even came close to my limit and have not missed any payments at all…you have decided to limit me, I decided to limit when and why I use your card. It’s now my emergency card and not my everyday card. Since you limited me you see I have not been using your card…looks like you have to wait for an emergency. Whether you know it or not, that’s not gonna make you money off my card. Don’t get it. We were working together and everything was just fine until you limited me without a reason… I used the card regularly now not so much. CANT ALLOW YOU TO GROW OFF ME, since you cut me off cause I was doing well but following and adjusting payments to achieve different goals. Working with you and your challenges. I believe I have never missed or I believe I have not missed any payments. Since I had the card I’ve been working on GROW and making goals and achievements. For some reason you’re just screwing with my trust and responsibility. Need to check my credit report so you can see that I have cards with much higher limits. If I was gonna have problems it sure wouldn’t be with your card. Loved it until you pulled the rug out from me.

4. 1/5Poor Customer Service & Refusal to Close Credit Card

   The benefits associated with this card were reduced, and yet a higher annual fee presented on my card. I requested my card be closed as it no longer benefits me to keep this line of credit. Getting a hold of customer service was difficult. I received an automated response. I reached out again and received a slightly more detailed explanation. Telling me that the annual fee was in line with my increased credit. I will tell you that the annual fee is significantly high for the amount of credit that they have extended. The annual fee amounts over 15% of the total credit limit of the card. They refused to close the card for a second time. I have since responded that according to the fair credit government website, they are too close my account upon my request and I’m currently waiting for a response. I would never choose this credit card again, knowing what I know now. When I first accepted this credit card it had significantly more benefits. Do not let them trick you with their cute mascot… and stick to a mainstream credit card for your needs.

5. 5/5Arro is great for EVERYBODY

   I was very skeptical about this product because of the annual fee and all that, but it’s been a valuable tool in managing my financial health. I’m almost 40 years old and this app has taught me things I never even knew about finances! I recommend this to anybody looking to learn to manage finances - no matter what age. What’s also great is the card has a low Apr to start — only 16% which is roughly HALF the interest of a standard unsecured credit card nowadays. I love how it financially educates you and offers credit limit increases and Apr decreases by completing courses right in the app! Artie, the Arro AI, is also very helpful. You can ask it anything about your account and it’s also very valuable. I highly recommend this card to anybody at any age. It’s never too late to turn things around and learn finances the RIGHT way!

   great app to learn about credit and try to build your own credit limit but they will crash your credit score as well. they keep reporting to the credit bureau that my credit limit was $23,700 instead of $237 then the next month take it away making it look like my credit limit was taken away from me for being irresponsible. this has happened multiple times. I tried to reach out to them about it and looks like it fell on deaf ears. get this card at your own risk.

   The updates and bug fixes have been completed and my credit limit has been increased commensurate with what I have earned. I understand growing pains and I look forward to completing more lessons and goals to see my limit continue to increase.

   I feel this app is a scam. Take a yearly subscription ninety.Something dollars you might as well call it a hundred would not let me change my date of birth. So I was never able to finish an application, and yeah, I was scammed out of a 100 bucks.

   I had hopes for this company. I even gave them a chance after reading the negative reviews but now, I'm joining the negative reviews in warning others to stay away from this card. The lack of communication with anyone is horrible. They have " paused increases temporarily " has been going on for months, now. They report a very high balance to your credit report and then chsnge it another month, then did it again. getting ahold of anyone from customer service is impossible! Stay Away!!
