   I actually really enjoy using Grow credit. It has definitely improved my credit score over time! One of the biggest advantages is that it’s a place where you can charge ALL of your monthly subscriptions, so that you only have to pay this bill once per month. I’ve tried doing this before with another credit card, but I always end up using the credit card for other things and don’t leave enough room for my subscriptions. Grow credit only lets you charge your monthly subscriptions, not your morning coffee or that new tech toy you’ve wanted to buy. They really help me with the discipline to use the account for only what it is intended for. I started with Grow Credit at the lowest credit level and they have increased my limit several times up to their maximum available. I started with a credit score of below 500 and am now at almost 650. Their customer service is readily available, super friendly and will help you if you ever need support. They definitely have earned 5 stars and I’m grateful to do business with them!

2. 1/5Do not use Grow Credit!

   DO NOT USE GROW CREDIT! Been a customer for over a year. The number one reason for this comment: there is no customer support. The chat page or support bot page is blank. There are no email addresses or any known listed means for contact. The other reasons for my review: they never pay my subscriptions on time. They are always late and usually my subscription services would get turned off before grow credit FINALLY issued a payment. You have to be strategic and exact about setting up your account, which is a joke because as a new user you’re unaware of how terrible they are at timely payments. I missed a monthly payment, initiated a new one, and the payment is STILL pending- Which usually happens. You initiate a payment, it’s takes a week for the transaction to occur. Anyways, while my payment is still pending on the app, I just received a notification that the reported my payment as late to the credit bureaus. WHY would you report a late payment IF you are a credit building app? Why would you ever do the one thing that is most damaging to a consumer??? Now as I stare at my pending payment, and my credit score that just dropped 25pts thanks to grow credit, I will make it my mission to blast this company on every medium I can find. The lack of transparency and obvious hypocrisy in their mission vs operations, I highly recommend you stay far far away from Grow Credit. And lol obviously their team cares more about actual user comments and reviews, than simply being a SAAS with scruples and offering some form of customer service and delivering on their promises. I guess that’s too much to expect from them.

3. 1/5Cannot Login to Make Payment

   i used the app in August of this year and spent the 17$ that i was allowed to use, no big deal. I assumed I would pay my dues once i got more spendable income. fast forward to now, Credit Karma has reported my credit and FICO score dropping constantly, lo and behold, I owe grow credit that amount spent previously. I try to get onto the app and pay, incorrect password, i try to reset my password multiple times with no luck on the app so I try on their website, “no accounts registered with this email” or something similar. I tried every email i use, nothing. I decide to contact customer service just to be asked for my full name and email, once i gave them this information, i received an email stating that there aren’t any accounts with this email and to try my others. Like i stated, i have done so, many times. There’s no way to login with your mobile number which would’ve avoided this problem altogether. The only information i have from my credit line is the last 4 digits of my account number, but this hasn’t seemed to be helpful yet. So as of now I am stuck in Limbo, unable to login and make a payment which in turn has ruined my credit score. As a 19 year old with no credit, it’s difficult to build. i had my credit up to almost 800 but this has affected it majorly, (along with another closing of a different account) i’m currently sitting at a score below the average starting credit score. This is extremely frustrating as I have spent hours trying to find the correct information to log in and finally pay off this account and hopefully close it out myself. Someone please help? customer service isn’t exactly helpful as of now.

   Great response time, and a really good understanding of my questions. Repairing one’s credit is like regaining one’s health, with the help of a skilled practitioner, one gets better. This program feels like it will help me get better with my FICO score. Just knowing about background reporting has made me more confident that my arsenal of credit building tools is having a real impact. The system in place to pay monthly subscriptions using the Grow Credit credit card ensures a smooth payment process which in turn becomes reported on time payments. Easy to set up and having a well designed interface, iPhone in my case, makes this a no brainer considering how little needs to be done with Grow Credit to raise one’s credit- points in the Fair Issac Corporation’s credit report translate into $$$ savings in Interest rates when applying for loans, credit cards an other credit products. In short, better credit score=lower total cost of loan due to lower interest rates. A superlative product for the price paid!

5. 1/5Scam BEWARe

   My fiancee and I are truck drivers so we have well over $10 in our bank accounts at all times. The few is (9.99). Yet, they are trying to claim even with bank statements that her payment failed. Both of us have been trying to get in contact with them and they are unresponsive. The only way to contact them IS THROUGH CHAT. BEWARE. My fiancee has no subscriptions coming out of the account so she wants to close the account seeing as they are trying to ruin her credit by making it impossible to make a payment. They are doing so by not allowing the “make a payment” button to be active on the website or app. It's as if they are trying to set her up to fail and we have screen recordings of all of this as well as there unresponsiveness and inability to solve a simple question with an answer. They immediately redirected her instead of answering her questions. I'm soon to close my account as well. NOW I have to reach out to several family members and tell tyem the app I referred isnt everything I hoped to be. Because if they are being this way with her when the ERROR is on them, I would hate to see what they do when they mess up my account or theirs. I don't have time to babysit this, when I came to grow to help not harm my credit score.
