  1. 5/5A program unlike anything of its kind

I recently started using Kudos, and I have to say, it’s been such a pleasant surprise. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after spending some time with it, I’ve really come to appreciate how simple and positive it feels. I love how it focuses on recognition and encouragement — it makes a big difference when people’s efforts are noticed and celebrated. The interface is clean, easy to use, and actually makes you want to engage more. It’s refreshing to see a platform built around positivity instead of competition. Whether it’s sharing appreciation with coworkers or just brightening someone’s day, Kudos truly helps create a better environment and reminds you that even small gestures of gratitude can go a long way. 2. 3/5Helpful-but

So far the app has saved me significant money by negotiating my internet bill. However, the app itself is still somewhat clunky and the AI is still having some issues depending on what you’re using it for. For instance it keeps telling me to use my Freedom card for 5% cash back on “entertainment” but the current promo on that card is 5% back on “select live entertainment.” So you have to pay pretty close attention to make sure you’re actually getting what it suggests. Also, the interfacing/getting the cards connected was a bit clunky as well. It is frustrating that the way it gives you the additional “boost” rewards is by using the safari extension to autofill card info during checkout, which to me makes it unclear if it would apply these bonuses if you use the recommended card to check out through an app or already saved to a website. Otherwise it is doing a decent job.

  3. 1/5Good idea, but terrible execution

First let me say, I thought this was a great idea, and if they hadn’t scammed me out of $130 I would have rated it a 3. You have to give them access to a lot of your personal data and connect a lot of external apps to your internet browser and bank accounts. They are collecting a lot of data on you. That is personally why I chose not to keep the app, I don’t like giving companies my information for free. On top of that they didn’t bill me for a 1 year subscription they billed me for a lifetime subscription and both Apple and the App developers refuse to refund the mistake because the purchase of the lifetime subscription is non refundable under their terms. If I had purchased it sure, but I didn’t purchase it you incorrectly billed me for it, so they stole $130 from me and refuse to do anything to make it right. Their resolution to the problem was offering to give me tips on how to use their app better even after I told them why I didn’t want their app.

  4. 5/5Kudos is amazing!!

Kudos has never done me wrong , I love this app! Also I picked , and received my very first credit card thru this app, not only was I completely unaware of which credit card to choose but kudos gave me a variety of different credit cards to choose from ! Without kudos I probably would have choose a credit card that didn’t suit me . I got the quicksilver capital one card that was also a rewards card , I have been able to receive cash back every purchase . It’s amazing !! I recommend this app to every one !!

  5. 1/5So much tracking… pass.

For an app that claims to value privacy, I cannot understand why their data and analytics gathering requires your search history and browser history, combined with your full name, phone number, and email address. All fully identifiable. I can understand why they’d need a purchase history from cards like Amex to make sure that points are maximized, but this is Apple purchase history. Another unnecessary bit of tracking. The only analytics done that’s not personally identifiable is your financial data and I’m sure that’s because Apple would stop them. I know there’s more unnecessary tracking, but I can’t see the summary while leaving a review. All-in-all, this app probably works and works well, but the real product is the consumer to the advertisers, and there’s a lot of info to sell. That’s where they make their money. Update: the devs claim that adding _any_ Safari extension requires consent to browser history, etc., but that’s not consistent with other extensions (Amplosion in particular) that are Safari extensions but the AppStore explicitly state don’t track at all. Not to mention they didn’t address at all the Apple purchase history portion. That’s pure tracking for ad-targeting.
