I have used Transfeero for US and UK transportation, especially when traveling for airport travel. BOTH COUNTRIES SERVICE IS PHENOMENAL. Whether for myself or a family vacation the drivers provide above and beyond service. Being greeted at luggage area, assistance with my baggage,comfortable vehicle, excellent driving and friendly people. Plus extremely reliable! No hidden fees. They track your flight and communicate very well. I highly recommend this company for you or your family’s transportation needs. Also the app is very easy to use. Absolutely great.

1/5Terrible experience in Dubai
Tried and failed to arrange cruise port pickup in Dubai for the only cruise ship docked in Dubai and provided the name of the ship. Sent location and Google maps pin to number of driver indicated by Transfeero the night before. No response. Called him that morning and was transferred to another driver. Also sent Google maps pin to that driver. After waiting in hot sun with my 80 year old parents for 15 minutes after being told he was almost there, we learned he was at different port. He told us he would be there in 30 minutes. We called dispatcher and canceled and they assured us they would refund. (Still waiting for this.) we ended up taking a taxi for 1/4 the cost of the Transfeero fare. The dispatch stated that it was our fault for not correctly specifying which cruise terminal on booking and stated that they don’t ever check the location by name of ship. We told him we tried to contact multiple drivers that were “assigned to us” with location info including hours before our pickup. In short, their contractor in Dubai shunted us to a different driver than indicated by Transfeero and there was no response or acknowledgement to our updated location info. Pricing was much higher than local taxi.

Was in my pricing option for meet and greet and wait time included at JFK. We arrived and there was no driver to meet us and help with our luggage. We went outside, no sight of anyone. This was already past pickup time, so I called the driver and he was hard to understand and didn’t know where he was supposed to be. Turns out he wasn’t even at the airport. We had to wait for him to arrive, and when he finally did 20 min later, he wouldn’t get out of the car and kept getting angry, saying he was outside. We had to look in all the cars to try to find who is on their phone until we found him, 3 lanes away from us and not in a luxury sedan like we ordered but a non luxury mini suv. By the time we got picked up, everyone else from our flight already grabbed their Ubers and left. Transfeero refused to reimburse or discount even though I explained everything with proof. They said meet and greets aren’t allowed at JFK (which isn’t true, I’ve used other services there), but even then, the driver wasn’t even nearby or in the right car.

I wouldn’t use them again. I booked an airport transfer to my hotel. My flight was delayed 30 minutes. I had in flight WiFi and I texted the driver while I was in the air still more than one hour before landing to let him know the flight was delayed and to update him on the new arrival time. The message was read and ignored. He showed up at the original meeting time and started texting me that I was late and I was going to be charged late fees. Passport control was also busy and I kept updating him where I was. Then I couldn’t find him and he kept giving me poor directions as if I knew the airport (like: meet me at the Burger King. Dude I don’t know where Burger King is!) I kept giving him the terminal number and my location and it took 25-30 minutes for me to find him. After he dropped me off at the hotel he added the late charges to my card and wasn’t friendly or accommodating in any way. I thought I booked a premium transfer service and I felt like I was being scammed. I wish I took the train.

1/5Misrepresentation of Vehicles
I recently booked a vehicle transfer with Transfeero that turned out to be a broker for subcontracted private companies, and my experience was far from satisfactory. We arranged for a transfer in Montego Bay, Jamaica, expecting a private luxury vehicle, specifically a Mercedes or Chevy Suburban, based on their advertised services. Unfortunately, what we received was quite the opposite—a basic level vehicle that did not meet the expectations set by the booking description. The misrepresentation of the vehicle was disappointing and left us feeling undervalued as customers. When we reached out to customer service to express our concerns, we were met with a lack of accountability. It was frustrating to see that they did not acknowledge the issue or offer any form of resolution. Overall, I cannot recommend this vehicle transfer company. If you're looking for a reliable and honest service, it might be best to look elsewhere to avoid the disappointment we faced.
