  1. 5/5Terrible Customer Service

I have previously ordered tickets from Tick Pick and was very happy with them and referred several people to their site. On January 5th I ordered 2 tickets to a concert scheduled for February 15th. I purchased the tickets and my credit card was charged. The next day I get an email explaining “Don’t worry, but your tickets will be ready for email on February 12th” Not only was it only three days before the event but it was after our anniversary. This had never been the case with any previous orders and I was concerned I wouldn’t get them at all. I went ahead and bought tickets from another site. I sent an email via their app explaining everything and that I would like a refund. This was more than two weeks ahead of the event which would allow the seller to resell the tickets. I never received a response. I received the tickets and since email didn’t work I called and stayed on hold several minutes only to be met with a Customer Service Rep with major attitude. “Adeleny”. She cut me off before I could even explain the circumstances and she told me there was nothing they could do (or seemed to want to do!) I asked for a supervisor and she told she was the supervisor. I asked for someone above her and she told me there was no one else around. I asked to hold for someone else and she explains there would not be anyone available for 3 hours! Seriously!!! I am out almost $200, needless to say I won’t be using TickPick again!

  2. 5/5Definitely Recommend! Wonderful Support

I was slightly hesitant seeing some bad reviews on here and not being familiar with TickPick, but decided to take the chance and I’m so glad I did. TickPick is offering a product no one else is- ticket resale without insane service charges. The only other place with no fees is to trust someone on Craigslist rather than trusting an app with a 24 hour phone number and a support system in place. Obviously they can’t control bad people coming and using their app to sell, but anytime it’s happened they seem to have responded and tried to remedy it. My personal experience was great. I bought $850 tickets a few days before an event, and realized the very next day that I got them shipped to my billing address across the country, rather than the state I was currently in and going to see the concert in. As soon as I realized my horrible mistake, I called and the representative I spoke to got everything sorted out for me within minutes. It’s hard to take a chance on something that might not be as common a name as some of the other apps out there, but I’m glad I gave it a try and will absolutely use TickPick again in the future. I urge you to try it as well, the other apps just can’t compete because of their service charges.

  3. 2/5Costly mistake. Initial difficulty finding support but agent was helpful when I found them.

I wanted to buy tickets for Moulin Rogue in NYC. I had called a friend & we had agreed to seats & price but then I had to jump on a call. When I got back on the app I didn’t notice it showed me “All Events” instead of those only in NYC. I found the seats we discussed & purchased them. Only upon delivery did I realize that I had paid ~$400 for tickets to that show that night in Austin, TX. The app doesn’t allow for any cancellations or refunds so you are just stuck with the tickets. No option but to list the tix for sell on their site. The site (like their competitors) has no transparency on their commissions when you sell your tickets, but I would have lost over $100 had I sold at the same price. But they didn’t sell. So then I looked on the site of the theater in Austin & had purchased the tickets above the original sales price even though they still have plenty of tickets at the theater (how does that even happen?) so I had to lower the price even farther & take an even bigger hit on my small mistake. Despite my listing the tickets significantly below the original theater cost the tickets didn’t sell & I was concerned something went wrong with the listing. It was then I was able to contact the support desk & they were very helpful & timely in checking to assure the tickets were listed correctly. There was just no demand for these tickets. I eventually tried to list the tickets on another site & tickpix commissions for seeking the tickets was the lowest I found.

  4. 1/5Tickets NOT Guaranteed

I ordered my Life is Beautiful wristband in May 2021. I wrote TickPick in June 2021 asking to change to overnight shipping and they confirmed they would change my order to overnight shipping. My confirmation said my wristband should arrive September 16th for the event that would take place on the 18th. It had not yet shipped so I sent an email on September 16th. I did not hear back so I called TickPick and they then informed me that since I used Apple Pay, my address was not included with my purchase. They said the seller had tried to contact me but I had not received any communication from anyone (the seller or TickPick) regarding this matter. I spoke with 4 different people in the next 2 days, who all said they would follow up regarding the matter only 2 of them followed up. Mind you I was flying to a different city for the event with no wristband in hand. They then said they were trying to get the wristband to will call for pickup. Moral of the story, I never received the wristband and they stated they will not refund me because it was my responsibility. I had no idea they didn’t have my address because every time I’ve ever used Apple Pay I have received the item I ordered. They also never informed they didn’t have my address until I called. So I warn you to be sure not to use Apple pay and if you do, call them to confirm. I will never buy from TickPick again and caution all of you as well since they say they guarantee tickets and they actually don’t.

  5. 1/5Worst customer service

I purchased a ticket for the 18th of October in the end of August. The money was debited from my card. On September 1st I got the confirmation email that the ticket has been sent to me. But no ticket. A week later - still no ticket. I called customer service and they didn’t seem to care, only said it was the sellers fault they didn’t send the ticket yet. Told me they would contact the seller and reach out to me. The lady said if I didn’t get the ticket in the next 24h I can call back and they would refund me my money. I waited another week - nothing. Just called customer service again. This time she said that the lady who I spoke to before never contacted the seller and that she would do that for me now. At this point all I want is to get my money back and never deal with this app again. I don’t live in the city where the concert will take place. I bought the ticket so much in advance so I can plan the trip and get cheap hotel and the plane tickets to a different city but I couldn’t do it until I get the concert ticket. Now the prices for everything are so high. I cant go anymore. There’s plenty of time for seller to sell the ticket again. The worst part is the attitude I was given both times when speaking to the representatives Will never get tickets from tickpick again. There are plenty of reliable services who actually care about their customers. Unfortunately this isn’t one of them

No reason to update the look of the app. Sometimes it takes a while for events to load and the 360 view doesn't work anymore. The app was perfectly fine as it was.
