   We have used POSH for over a year already and we have never been so happy with a ticketing platform. Now every place we try to host an event at, we mention it to the venues. I understand why it has grown so much in popularity recently… its too good. The application is super user friendly and informative. You can see and analyze data from your events that will help you understand how your crowd (from different cities or the same in different dates) work when it comes to selling tickets. There are also a lot of other tools that facilitate your journey through ticketing. We really recommend POSH over any other ticketing platform, and we hope you jump on the train because people is finally starting to realize it’s the best ticketing platform out there.

2. 1/5Payment process and events

   I never take my time to write a review but I have the worst experience using this app, at first everything went well and I posted an event using this app, the event went “live” and even tho my costumers could pay the ticket I couldn’t transfer the money to my account because I needed to send a bank statement which I submitted for 4-5 times I tried to delete the event and there is no way you can pause it when it goes live. I tried to contact and call support at least 20 times and the only response I get is a recording telling me they will reach back on me which makes me think that I will have to pay my costumers tickets out of my pocket and the money they paid will be scammed, the worst support team.

3. 4/5There’s Someone Impersonating me on the App

   I’ve been using this app for a few months and met a photographer at a party through this app. Long story short the guy ghosted me and never sent me my pics of me and him, next thing I know I’m finding him using the pictures on Posh as his profile picture. I’m super uncomfortable and upset with this situation as there’s no report button to report a user on the app. I’ve emailed support and still haven’t heard anything back from them. I guess it’s ok to use people’s pictures without their permission (pictures i’ve never even seen of myself may I add). EDIT: Support got back and FINALLY deleted his account, still no report buttons tho which I consider to be a bug which is why i’m only giving 4 stars. We need buttons to report accounts not just email support all the mf time.

4. 5/5Feed is Breaking/ Not Loading

   UPDATE 2: The dev team are actively working on the issue and have provided great communication. UPDATE: Reinstalling the app fixes the freezes but this is still an issue as the app is unusable when this lag/freeze occurs. Possibly due to cache but who knows, wish the devs had more transparency and communication This is a bug in the last week that breaks the feed and the entire app. Events will stop loading and users cannot interact with the app at all. Have not restarted my device but this was not present in April. Outside of this Posh has been great to use

5. 4/5App has not been working lately.

   This app has always worked great but for some reason lately the app has not been loading properly or loading extremely slow. I constantly have to refresh the app and its still barely loading if at all! We need more bug fixes asap. Previously this app worked with not issues. The last few weeks have been difficult. Update: App is working better but still extremely slow to load some areas or don’t seem to load at all. Another update is needed.
