1. 1/5Worst Experience Ever!!!!!

   I had the worst experience ever! I bought my ticket 3 months before the concert to be ready and have my ticket. After I bought the ticket it said it was going to be ready the day of the event and got my anxious all the 3 months because I didn’t had the ticket on my hand. The day of the concert came and it was already 10 am and didn’t had my ticket. I chatted with the customer service several times to get my ticket but at the end I couldn’t get the original ticket I paid for. Customer service was available thank God and they responded fast. I was already in the theater when they gave me the option to replace my original ticket with a new one. The new ticket was cheaper (when I was looking for the best ticket, I saw the price) than the one I bought since it was more far away :c but at the end I had the option that replace it or get my money back. I felt really sad at the beginning looking all the people laughing and enjoying while they were in line and I couldn’t do the same because I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to enter to the concert. I do not recommend to buy your tickets here people! Customer service was great but if you are buying your ticket for an event you always dreamed to attend don’t risk it! I had physical effects (I suffer of anxiety) too, due to the lack of responsibility. I still think if I had had my original ticket I could of see the singers really close like I wanted my whole life. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!

2. 4/5stubhub is good but PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CHOOSING STUBHUB

   this is my first time writing a review, but i will say stubhub is definitely one of those sites that you do have to be careful about when buying. recently, i traveled to go see the eras tour out in paris france. before even traveling to paris i bought my ticket back in march of 2024 and it said estimated arrival date was april 30th, however, two weeks before April 30th, the date was pushed back to may 3rd, and then yet again to may 8th. i contacted stubhub about this (also by the way, shoutout to their customer support because they were actually incredible), and when i contacted them, they said that it’s likely due to some events having ticket release dates set by the event organizers or venues, mind you out in france, only the promoter, or ticket platforms that have been authorized by the promoter, are allowed to sell or resell event tickets, when i finally got my ticket it didn’t exactly show my name on the ticket, which i was freaking out a little bit because a lot of people were saying that they may check ids out at the arena, which thankfully they didn’t and i was able to go in to see taylor swift just fine, but by all means please be careful when ordering tickets for anything on stubhub, because even though i was lucky to be able to go see this event, this may not be the case for others due to ticket scalpers that just want to scam people for money, which i have heard has happened with people, especially during the eras tour. so in conclusion, yes this site is really 100% a decent website and app to use, but please be very careful with what your buying. :)

   I have only purchased from here 2 times and both times they completely failed me miserably! I bought an over priced parking ticket that was completely useless with terrible instructions that did not work that was $50 and when looking around the empty parking lot it was only $6. I called for a refund and the lady hung up on me. So, I let it go since I was at the kings game and wasn’t gonna let that ruin my day. Now, for the second time.. I just bought my fiancé and her family tickets to the NFL Munich game since they live near and when they arrived they were told it was a double ticket and they have been used already.. that they won’t be able to get in since the tickets are completely sold out. After calling stubhub they stated sometimes you just need to show the ticket box and they should give you tickets after completely explaining to them that it’s sold out and they tried to enter and buying other tickets. After literally mentioning this they apologized that they do not have alternate seats. Like bro did I not just mention to you that the game is sold out? Stubhub How do you guys mess up that bad? But don’t worry I’ll be expecting my full refund in 5-6 business days. Got my eyes on my account everyday until then! You guys made me look terrible to my fiancé and her family by giving them scam tickets that they were so excited for! I will NEVER be using your services again. You guys are the worst and need to be ashamed of yourselves! ZERO STARS!

4. 1/5Frustrated purchaser, who didn’t receive my tickets in time to make the game on time

   I spent over $400 on two tickets to an international soccer game. As of the morning of the game, I still have not received my tickets. I spent hours on the chat feature with StubHub trying to secure my tickets, only to continue to be told that I should check my email. I was able to finally convince them/ proved to them. I had never received my tickets and was told my situation would be escalated and then I would receive my tickets prior to the game. 30 minutes prior to the game i still had nothing, and I had to initiate the exact same process with their chat feature and proved to them I still have not received my tickets. I finally received alternative tickets less than 10 minutes before the game started with no other option as I was sitting outside the stadium with my child and the game was starting. Feeling I had no choice, but to accept ( or miss the game which we had traveled to), we immediately went into the stadium only to miss the anthem and part of the first half by the time we were able to get to our seats as we were left only nine minutes from the time we received the tickets. I contacted StubHub afterward to be told that since I accepted the tickets, it was on me. I will never use this venue again and I’m frustrated that they did not make this right. In addition to having to spend hours trying to get my tickets, they seem to think it’s OK to send them as an event is starting so you missed the beginning and think that is fair.

5. 1/5Deceptively difficult app

   Well, the last review I tried to write wasn’t allowed so trying again. Anyhow, I am a concert lover so have bought tickets to thousands of shows. I’ve used StubHub before but they have changed things! I bought tickets for my son.l and a couple of his friends. Had to wait 2 months until the day of the show to receive them, even though they are mobile tickets and could have been transferred immediately. Then, despite being assured BEFORE I bought them that I’d be able to easily transfer them to my son, I was NOT able to do that. They also could NOT be saved to the Apple wallet. I tried the customer service chat, email, and phone but all were useless AI with canned responses. Finally I got someone who told me I had to go with them to show the tickets (not possible) or give my son my StubHub login and password. That seemed fine and he was of course able to see the tickets, until he got to the venue which had horrible cell signal. After waiting in line for an hour, once he got to the entrance, he couldn’t log back in to get the tickets! He had to leave the venue to get signal and log in again, then rush back and hope it held long enough to scan the tickets. Because he had 3 tickets, he had to do this 3 times!! That was 2 hours of waiting and anxiety wasted after I was promised it would be easy to transfer them and save to the Apple wallet. So, I was lied to. I will never use StubHub again if I can possibly avoid it!

   Bought tickets to Dodger game on my computer - no problem. But when I went to open the tickets on my phone I found out the Stubhub app is not compatible with my Samsung phone. Had to transfer tickets to my friend's phone. Really stupid and a waste of time. Haven't had problems with any other ticket platforms; will be using them instead of Stubhub.
