2/5Personal information doesn’t match
The app and website have different birthdates in my account. The website has my correct birthdate but the app shows a different birthdate. Very strange, I’ve never seen this with any other airline I’ve flown. This will be my first time flying Thai air so I hope it’s just a glitch in their app and doesn’t affect my flight.

5/5Password reset nightmare
God forbid if you need to reset your password. The whole process is broken and keeps sending me back to the 1st step. On top of that, the so-called 24 hour call center will never pick up your calls. No support in other countries neither. How the most loved airlines has fallen in the past 20 years. This is just sad.

1/5Broken for days now without hot fixes
The app updated and lost all my registered future flights that I have to manually add again. After couple of days, error codes was displayed saying there’s something wrong and I couldn’t access anything for days that I was abroad. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it just for it to not let me log in with my ROP ID and never sent me the PIN when I chose to reset it. Why broke what’s already fine to use? How could this update be an improvement with how unstable it is? Do you not have any testers?

1/5Major Problem preventing updating passenger data
Software has a major programming issue. When I try to update my information, the software will not let me update anything because mandatory fields need to be filled in or nothing will update. Title is a mandatory field and was blank on my reservation transferred from United. When I put the cursor over the data entry box, I get the circle with a slash, no changes allowed. But, the mandatory field can’t be empty. No update to any information can be made with this field empty.

5/5Huge improvement
This new app is a huge improvement over the prior one. Please don’t ever revert back to the old ones format again. With this new app, I’ll probably fly Thai Airways more now that it’s easier & faster. Thanks for the update.

          "body": "The app updated and lost all my registered future flights that I have to manually add again. After couple of days, error codes was displayed saying there’s something wrong and I couldn’t access anything for days that I was abroad. I decided to uninstall the app and reinstall it just for it to not let me log in with my ROP ID and never sent me the PIN when I chose to reset it. Why broke what’s already fine to use? How could this update be an improvement with how unstable it is? Do you not have any testers?",

          "body": "Software has a major programming issue. When I try to update my information, the software will not let me update anything because mandatory fields need to be filled in or nothing will update. Title is a mandatory field and was blank on my reservation transferred from United. When I put the cursor over the data entry box, I get the circle with a slash, no changes allowed. But, the mandatory field can’t be empty. No update to any information can be made with this field empty.",
