1. 1/5Warning - Failed Transaction

   I tried to purchase tickets using this app. My experience was after 20mins of entering passport data for 4 people and credit card info the app failed to show flight information. Application response was ‘Transaction Failed’ and ‘Booking not complete’. But don’t worry they really did process your credit card and you will be charged for the tickets. You might be able to get the tickets but you have to call their customer service. Don’t bother trying to dispute the charge with the credit card company the airline will send their form letter with made up information that covers them. So disappointing.

3. 4/5Payment and booking problem

   I tried to do payment from the application but the app. could not complete the process. Then I tried to book again but the app. shown me that I can not duplicate the booking. I can not cancel the previous booking from the mobile app. I had tried many method but I still could not cancel it. Finally, my partner have to use her account to book the tickets from the web site (not from the mobile app.).

   Once all info entered tried to select seats and was kicked out as soon as I clicked on a seat. Went back in and now said flight was sold out. Tried another flight that had plenty of seats and was kicked out again. Another flight had mysteriously sold out in 90 seconds. Has plenty of bugs that need fixed.

   You can only book flights. If you choose any of the other three options they don’t do anything or take you to the website. The 3 bars have the same options on the Home Screen, a contact list and a “Rate 5 stars”. At least I got a quick link to rate this app 1 star. You’re an airline that has people’s lives in your hands every single day. Do better.
