1. 5/5Being Healthy and the word “No Excuses”

   Has never been this easy, to provide the right explanation in a nutshell “stellar performance “ , having experienced many Different “Telehealth apps”, Nothing comes close to “Simple Practice “ you have indeed shifted the entire paradigm in Patients and clinicians way of communication the clarity, the simplicity, the ease, when we speak with a physician of any kind we have enough on our minds that is to worry about, Adding the way of communication used to add unnecessary anxiety to top it all , until You came along and not only Eliminated all the unnecessary stress and anxiety But quite on the contrary, “I cannot wait every time to speak with my healthcare provider knowing that it is your Amazing app that will deliver a service no other can. Thank you for changing the lives of millions!!! The number of Healings you contributed and responsible will never been known to mankind, But the one above never loses count, therefore many many year of success and prosperity for all who made and make this happen on a daily basis

2. 4/5Better than the first online counseling I tried

   I’m not sure what I can review that would be specific to this telehealth company, so I’ll just say that I haven’t had the connection problems I did with another experience when I was trying to do group session. I’ve had some, but I’m assuming it’s because I’m in the sticks and have poor internet. Secondly, on a general note for online therapy, not sure if there are design or tech improvements by the company that would make a difference, or if it doesn’t matter who facilitated it, I pretty much hate doing group counseling online. Individual is not bad when I need the convenience, but when it comes to effectively communicating and having a relationship with ones health provider that garners and conveys all the aspects of healing you need, being in person is something I have to do as part of the process. But telehealth is great for those times when you wouldn’t make it to the appointment if you had to get up, travel, make it there on time...as someone who is late a lot, I miss less minutes of my session online cuz I can just tune in while I’m in the middle of whatever thing that would be making me late is happening. And I wouldn’t be looking for my keys in order to leave on time anyway!!! But group is too chaotic for me. I need to see everyone’s body language and feel like they see me. Same with Individual, but it’s better to have sessions than not. Either way an hour goes by so quick, which is why online only seems like it could get very hasty and mechanical and dismissive of personal nuances in perceptive care and communication.

3. 4/5Simple & Easy to Use With A Catch

   Once I was able to get it up and running, there were no issues. The audio was good. The video was good. The setup prior to the telehealth visit was very simple, Unfortunately, the first three or four times I tried to launch it via the link provided it failed, first in Opera, which is my default, then I tried it in chrome and still was not successful. I tried it in Safari, which I never use, and it wouldn’t even bring a page up, It just said something about private relay being broken. I will say I am on one of the latest developer betas of iOS, 26.2 Beta 3 and I use an iPhone 15 Pro MAX. I also know that Opera is a bit quirky with certain things. In any case, I closed all apps, did a hard reboot, clicked the link and it worked without issue. So there is a possibility the issues I experienced were all mine. That is why I gave it a 4-5 instead of 5 because when I actually got it working it was simple and flawless. I had to do some basic troubleshooting that an average iPhone user would have no clue how to do. I will end my review with a thank you to the developers and their Lead and everyone that brought this app to the market, It’s solid work but I think there may be some bugs that need to be worked out. Thanks!

4. 2/5Read ALL of the privacy sections

   It may or may not be a good App, I do not know because I stopped and deleted after reading their “privacy” policy. It is shocking. Their “privacy policy does not apply to the personal information they collect”. That is taken from paragraph 1 of their policy. Paragraph 2 allows then to collect personal information directly and automatically and third party, including social media. Paragraph 3 allows them to share my personal information with companies that market with them, for analytics with their affiliates. Paragraph 5 allows their tracking on any Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn, etc., for what I view. If I deny their use of “cookies”, information that take to “better benefit me”, and I configure “DNT (do not track)”, their system is set up to ignore my request, allowing them to track signals from my browsers and mobile devices. In some states, I can request deletion of files twice a year, free of charge, but by then, damage is done. You cannot undo what has been shared. I could go on, but please read everything. They escape legalities by informing us what they do, so we are then helpless. My information is taken directly from their website. I encourage you to read and think twice, is it really worth it, taking advantage of patients during COVID, when there is no other choice?

5. 5/5My therapist Lauren

   I am grateful for my therapist Lauren. I have a connection with her that is hard to find when getting a new therapist. This is a reminder. She is very compassionate. I think she is going to be an asset wherever she works when she’s done with Next Chapter.. it’s hard to find a therapist. That is a good fit. I’ve have always had therapist’s the same therapist for up to 10 years. I am 60 years old and can see and feel her compassion. And the hardest part is that she will be leaving in December. I think Next Chapter is a great service for those with mental illness. I would like to continue therapy. With a new student after Lauren is gone. I have been diagnosed bipolar for 33 years and recently found that I had attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. When she took me on as a patient Simon, she definitely got a full load of many issues of mine.. I am thankful for her. Thanks how many babies can a dinner are you hungry come
