1/5Don’t promote things you don’t have
My app alerted me to a discount for a family meal. Great! I go on the app and order my meal and when I go to check out a note pops up saying “sorry sweet and smoky ribs are not available “ and then it goes away with no prompt to select another item. I go back to my order to see that it just dropped the ribs off and left me with one meat option when I am paying for two. Reluctantly, I pick another meat. Now I am checking out and clearly your company has saved my credit card information, but I still had to go and get my card to add in all the information. Why? The entire process left me feeling frustrated and that kind of defeats the purpose of you offering me a discount to lure me in. Sure, I still bought it, but I am less likely to want to do this again.

On July 30th, I placed a large order for a funeral service on the 31st. Pat handled this for me and was SUPER helpful!!! He was very patient and detailed everything, assuring me that I would have no problems. When I arrived for pickup, Tyler was filling my order and ALSO was SUPER helpful. The order was accurate, well packaged and Tyler made sure everything was covered. I had not been aware, but was pleasantly surprised to even get plates napkins and silverware. The food was the appropriate temperature and everything was delicious. Thanks to the caring staff, our reception went well. I was able to get the meal ready before the guests came.

5/5Great App Answers Most Questiond
I joined the app after seeing at entrance “Better Offers With App”. Saturday that was true. Shairi I didn’t see was the receipts showing our purchase. It does show my points. FAQ did say it may take time. There is a feature to add receipt we ordered our lunch at table and paid through the servers handheld device. It shows no orders in the history. I know we have been there 3?times this year paid through the waitresses electronic hand held. Just curious where the points accumulate. Want to make the next level. Thanks

Was in for dinner last week and had the Baby Back Ribs. They were so tender and juicy, falling off the bone with a Smokey sweet flavor and just the right amount of sauce! The Fries were also beautifully done being crispy on the outside yet light and fluffy inside. Keep up the great work Grill Masters!

1/5Can’t undo if you accidentally redeem a reward for in store
The only reason I use the app is to get rewards, but if you accidentally barely graze one pixel of the “redeem in store” option instead of redeeming it for an online order there is no way to undo that. This means you now have to place your order at the store which entirely negates the reason for having the app, and since I don’t eat at places that don’t have rewards systems it means I am just going to stop eating at Sonny’s. I will check once a year to see if they’ve fixed this, so maybe one day I will, but for now I’ll just visit other places that actually consider customer experience in their app design.
