   I’m from Chicago, known for having some of the best food in the states. I started going to Tijuana Flats on visits here because my sister said “it’s the best”, I totally agreed and now live here and eat 1-3 times a week here. The chicken taco’s have always been my favorites, the chips on the side are plentiful, and it’s always fun going over to the sauce bar and experimenting with new flavors. My husband orders the tostadas, I finally tried one, now I can’t decide which dish to get!!(usually connive a few of his). There hasn’t been an unfriendly worker I’ve met there yet. Aleaha is our all time favorite. She makes sure everyone is taken care of including stopping at tables to see if there’s something more she can get or help someone with. She’s amazing with names too! What an asset to your company. Dave rang up our order for the 1st time on our last visit, again a smile and repeated our order back to make sure he had it correct! Another good experience! I took the time to write this to point you in the right direction in case you’re not sure where to eat. I don’t have to say enjoy, because I know you will!!

   Been years , like 7 or 8 since I’ve been to Tijuana Flats in Va. Beach, Virginia. The only one. I then had taken my two daughters and we ate outdoors under an umbrella with a beautiful summer day connected then… Now it’s March 2023, noticed the restaurant from the road while driving so Fo know that I had to engage. Met a nice young lady named Danielle, who was the clerk taking my order last week. Awesome sauce and personality. She even engaged in a conversation geared towards bettering yourself: education. I meant my daughter (one of two) who’s going to college for engineering and the Navy to be a pilot, August 2023-leaving Virginia! Told her about myself, retired U.S. Army Gulf War Veteran, Disabled, also working on my Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, May of 2023. Wisdom is great.    I just want to say that from the minute me and my family walked through the door it was an absolute amazing experience. We have lived in the Casselberry area for over 7 years and haven’t really spent a lot of time instead this establishment, we typically get pick up/to go. We went inside this time and couldn’t be more happy we did. The entire staff was completely on point the food was great and Carlos the GM is absolutely great at what he does and how he and the staff interact with the customers. We will definitely be spending more time time inside rather then going through the pick up. Thank you to everyone there for the great experience!!!!!!!!

   We haven’t been coming in for some time as it just didn’t seem the same in the past year. Didn’t care for the atmosphere. Went in today, from the moment we stepped in, it was welcoming! Felt a fresh friendly atmosphere! The emp at the cash register explained the special 2/$20! Alisa was near and she had remembered us coming in before. She chatted with us for a little bit, enjoyed her time with us! She is an asset to your company. The right person in the right position. We will be coming back as “regulars” again. So glad things have improved. PS…don’t change the menu, we know what we like!! Like consistency. Add the new stuff! Like that too!

5. 1/5Months later, APP still same issues!

   I reviewed this once before, and received a reply that they only provide updates that break the favorites etc “maybe twice a year” Yet here I am again, same issue. This happens once every month, because if the restaurant discontinues any item- you are unable to select ANY part of the order to reorder. You have to start all the way over. It is NOT a user friendly experience. If you want to change the restaurant location you order from, you cannot apply saved or previous orders etc. If you want to change or add one thing to a saved order, it does not allow it. I can deal with that, but starting over when we try to place a weekly group order is just very frustrating. And it happens often. It’s frustrating because I really like the restaurant and will continue to support the staff that works there- but this app def needs work.
