1. 1/5Baristas Need More Training

   I really do like your coffee shop and the beverages you offer, but this isn’t the first time you have sent emails to customers and the baristas have no idea what the promos are. You recently updated your app, that’s great, but your baristas are completely unfamiliar with it and can’t assist customers. Finally, if there’s a holiday and/or promotion going on, you have to have more than one barista scheduled. It’s unfair for one person to have to handle the volume of customers and drinks. Sharing these issues with respect in the hope that things will improve.

2. 4/5Amazing Coffee Shop-So so app

   If you haven’t tried it what are you waiting for ?! I love Foxtail! but the app has some small annoyances i’d warn about , and needs some work. It takes alot of repetitive steps to mobile order, each step with its own loading icon delay 🫥. It can take several frustrating minutes to order a few items for a group. App designers need to take a look at their competitors and you can clearly feel the struggle to order with foxtail. Also multiple times i have mistakenly ordered for pick up on the entirely wrong day causing difficulty for the baristas when they try to help me get an order that’s not in the system yet because the app does not notify you that mobile ordering has been temporarily turned off for a location , it just defaults your pick up time to the next day . all in all though it’s works and i get my coffee every time made well and served professionally . I’m here to stay despite the minor inconveniences . Thanks Foxtail for all the hard work.

3. 2/5Changed for the worse

   I used to like Foxtail’s app because it let me order ahead easily, had an intuitive interface, and was compatible with Apple Pay to make payment easy. But the newest versions of the app are a mess! It now has a completely different, confusing user interface and has gotten rid of Apple Pay compatibility in favor of a very frustrating “wallet” system or manual card entry. I’ll still be using this app since I like Foxtail’s coffee, but the app’s designers need to get it together.

4. 3/5It’s okay, not the best

   Navigating the newest version is a bit frustrating. It’s very difficult to see your rewards much less apply them. Ordering isn’t as a simple as it was with the previous version. Signing in the first time took at least a half hour because you had to login from the website and link through the app from there. There are times when it’s frustrating to order with this new app that I don’t even bother.

5. 1/5One of the worst food apps I’ve used.

   Made an account, added a payment card, and started an order. It wasn’t ready to submit the order yet, as we were still en route to the closest location. I didn’t close the app, but I did have to move over to Waze for GPS routing. When I swiped back to the Foxtail app, I was logged out of the app, when I got logged back in my order was cleared, and then when I was finally ready to submit the order, I was presented with “you don’t have a saved payment method” screen after already setting up my CC earlier. Additionally, the CC payment setup process is completely manual and doesn’t connect to any autofill options or from a password/card manager like Bitwarden, and then on top of that, no Apple Pay option.
