   I have been a long time fan in Miller Ale House and my family orders from I have been a long time fan in Miller Ale House and my family orders from there through Uber eats on a regular basis. The last time we ordered, we were missing fries and an order of zingers. I contacted the Uber driver and was told if I had any issues. I had to contact the St. Cloud ale house because he had no control over that. when I called the girl that answered put me on the phone with Manny the restaurant manager, who was extremely helpful, friendly, funny, and had excellent customer service skills. He said if I signed up and placed the order of the missing items he would make sure to comp those items and have the $ returned back to the card we used. He also said that if we didn’t want cash in that offer that evening, we could use it at a later date, which is what we did. A few days later, we placed the order as well as some more items similar to our first order and though he wasn’t working that night, he told me that he’d be sure to be in touch with his counterpart working and would take care of those items and have them comped off the check the next day that he was in. I was pleasantly surprised the next day to see that he’d taken care of the entire $50 check not just the items we were missing. Now we will be ordering directly from their website and I’d highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. I also hope that Manny is recognized for the excellent service that he provided as it seems to be a very rare quality nowadays. Thank you Manny! You have made loyal regulars to your store and we”ll be using the Miller Ale House website from now on to place our orders.

   I just wanted to say a few nice words about 1 of your bartender because I am sure those are hard to come by from people these days. Every time that we have come in, we usually sit at the main bar. The last few times Dee has taken care of my husband & I. She is such a sweetheart and no matter how busy she is she still has time to talk. We were there today and the bar filled up with a few big groups n the girl never stopped, nobody waited for anything, she was on top of it. Some bars we have been to it is hard to find good employees especially how the world is today, but I wanted you to know we that we will come back because of her. Sincerely , Cadence

   The manager and the food are perfect, but the phone service is AWFUL. Whenever I have problems with my orders, I call there immediately and they are very rude and hang up the phone when they are still expressing themselves. Yesterday by my mistake, I made a duplicate order, I called BEGGING to cancel and for 5x they hung up the phone without being able to finish expressing myself, and I received the orders being too much for me. 4. 2/5Zingers Mac and Cheese Sauce Selection

   I’m giving this app a 2 because I order one thing and one thing only: Zingers Mac and Cheese. However, I like my zingers tossed in Honey Mustard and Sweet Thai Chili. With that being said, it’s SUPER frustrating when I order in the app because IT DOESN’T HAVE A SAUCE OPTION. I can choose the sauce for every other Zinger EXCEPT Zingers Mac and Cheese. So I have to call in and ask them to change the sauce and pray I make it in time. I wish I could order over the phone, but I can’t. I can also drive there and order it, but that defeats the whole point of delivery lol. All I ask is to add a cause option for the Zingers Mac and cheese. The interface is decent and fairly easy to use, but I hate that I’ve been waiting a year for this option to not be added yet. Please add soon devs 😭

   I don’t get why everytime we get take out there is a problem . Ask for blue cheese get ranch ! The Zingers were so over cooked and dry it wasn’t even funny. The fries with the zinger mountain melt were burnt, I didn’t think that was possible! . I am not sure what scam you are running but it’s illegal to force someone to have to give a tip to order online! I tried to call and order but phone just rang. Finally the recorded message said to use the app! It’s pretty sad when you can’t talk to someone to place an order at a local restaurant. When my husband picked up the food the place was empty so clearly no one was rushing to make the food. We will be finding a new take out place ! Also they now charge a PACKAGING FEE!!! What ?? This place is a joke!
