First I’d like to say that Jim was my sales person for a mattress & reclining chair. Jim was absolutely wonderful! Very professional. Knows the info on the inventory very well and he was very pleasant to work with. AND a very good active listener. He knew exactly what I needed and he was right. I got the first mattress he showed me and I LOVEEE it! Plus I can’t wait for the recliner to come next week. I’m sure everyone else is good there, but I will always ask for Jim first. I’d give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much Jim for all of your help! I really appreciate it!!

I have been shopping at this rooms to go for years , and I always make sure to go see Jose quezada and Kristy and Mike from asima , they have always helped me and I know I’m a headache when it comes on making decisions, combining, and choosing but they have always dealt with me and have lots of patience lol ,other than that, the store is nice super clean great furniture.. to pick from Everyone else plus manager there is nice too . We have moved out of town and we are still and will always go to shop with them in Pompano Beach, Florida .

My husband I were pleasantly greeted at the Durham store by Michele Delaney and our shopping experience was excellent! She was patient and understood the style we were trying to accomplish. We completed the design of 4 rooms within our new home. In addition, we stopped at the Raleigh location to visually see additional options and Crisxian Reyes Pintor was so helpful even knowing we were working with Michele. We suggest asking for these two professionals when going to these stores. They won’t disappoint.

Willard got me taken care of quickly, efficiently, and with a few laughs along the way! My husband and I were in desperate need of a new sectional. We have 5 kids who ran our old one into the ground, and with Thanksgiving right around the corner, we needed one quick. Willard greeted met me at the door. I told him what I was looking for and he brought me straight to the options that were available, and got me squared away all within 30 minutes. Best sofa shopping experience I’ve ever had. Hands down.

I initially went into the showroom on a Saturday, but didn’t quite make up my mind what I wanted. Karen Gray was the associate who helped me and was very helpful and not pushy. She answered all of my questions gave me her information and showed me how to go online and look at what I could order and take my time. I did that at my leisure and found the couch that I wanted called Karen and she walked me through how to order it and ordered the delivery set up. I’ll definitely recommend Rooms To Go to my friends.
