1. 4/5Needs some work

   Most of the features of this app work fine and make a good experience while using the app. However, there are some issues with overlying icons and tabs when you use this app on an iPad. I don't have this issue on my phone but when using it in the iPad everything overlaps each other making it hard to push buttons and tabs and navigation is a nightmare please look into this.

2. 5/5Return and more purchases!!

   Today I came to the store for an online return, I was assisted by Cesar in ladies shoes, excellent service along with the shoe department manager Naomi. After that I moved on to cosmetics, accessories and the mens department. Raquel, Karla , Paola and another young and very tall guy, who was very well presented on a black suit helped me on the mens sales floor, as always is good to visit the store and see all those familiar and new faces willing to go above and beyond to help. Thank you!!!

3. 1/5Love Dillards, hate this app

   To browse items it just takes you to the website. Pretty pointless to make an app that does that. Also, to add anything to your wish list you have to reenter your password, and it bypasses Apple’s password autofill feature. So I have to get out of the Dillards app, go in my passwords app, retrieve the Dillards app password, then copy and paste it in. Again, this is every time I want to add something to the wish list. I’m having to change my password to something less secure just so I can remember it and not have to retrieve it. Silly.

   This app won't allow me to simply go in and use it to locate whether something is in stock at my local Dillards. All at once is to constantly harass me for my email address which I'm not going to give it so I'm just going to delete the app. If they want me to find it useful they should at least show if they sometimes carry something in the store unless they're out of business and don't have any Stores. They should have it work like other stores apps where we can see if they've got something so we can go get it. Or whether they carry something in the store. If somebody wants to have an account those people can do that too with the app but they should let those of us who don't want an account use the app to locate things instead of look for apps that do for other stores. And it should be usable for online ordering but I'm not trying to do that.

5. 5/5From yesterday to today, the app stopped working

   It says I need to update the app & it was automatically updated 3 days ago, but suddenly this morning it tells me that “pleas update the app”, so I click the link, it takes me to the App Store and GUESS WHAT? My app is up to date! So I check for any iOS updates I might need to do, there is one available, so I do the iOS update. Guess what? My Dillards app still says, “there is a new update to this app”, it directs me to the App Store where there IS NO NEW UPDATE AVAILABLE. It has no update link, just, “open” where I’m directed to the app and again and again and again we go around and around. Please fix this. It renders your app useless.
