   The Neiman Marcus app takes shopping online to a whole new level. Not only does it show you the crème de la crème of all things covetable and share them individually, but their fabulous app lets you shop like you’re in store! It allows you to create whole outfits— down to the sunglasses that will allow you to better see the looks of admiration you’ll be getting when you step out in your new outfit! It couldn’t be easier, either! There are no questionnaires to complete or surveys to take. Just select an item that you like, and in no time the app will present a selection of options that enable you to find the one that’s perfect for you. If you’re looking for a new outfit, it’s easier than ever to pull one together! Start with any item, like a cocktail dress, for example, then select “How to Style It,” and the Neiman Marcus app will show you that dress with a pair of shoes, a handbag, a bracelet, a necklace, even a pair of sunglasses—everything you need for a great evening out. It looks wonderful, but that’s only the beginning. Say you like the shoes shown, but would like to see additional options. Just select the shoes and another seven or eight pairs are presented for your consideration. Select a pair that you think would be perfect and move on to the handbags. Soon you’ll have a outfit you absolutely love! With each item you select, you get pricing and other relevant details. If you don’t need sunglasses, no problem! Just skip that category. At Neiman Marcus online shopping is so easy—and it couldn’t be more fun!

2. 1/5Bad Customer Svc

   On 12/04 I went to Neiman’s in international plaza to do an exchange on a bottle of cologne. Warren one of the store managers was very inconsiderate and lacked empathy and over all no customer svc experience. I was advised that it was the policy which he never showed me the policy that they could not return any merchandise that have been used because it has to be resealable my question to warn at that time was day after Christmas people will get cologne they will be returned after they have been sprayed because they probably don’t like them. Are you saying you will refuse those returns as well long story short Warren advised one of the sales associates that in order to return it, they would have to call customer service since it was their product. in my eyes Neiman Marcus online Neiman Marcus in the store is the same Neiman Marcus. The product was returned after putting the sales associate and myself through 15 minutes of speaking with customer service getting them to do the refund and making a new purchase the only good experience that I had in this case with Neiman Marcus was my interaction with Val (Valentina)who was very patient kind and understanding and was trying to apologize on his behalf. Warren the so-called store manager should take some tips from Valentina on what customer service is really like and go the extra mile and helping the customer with an issue that they are having and not be so black-and-white when it comes to policy.

   I’ve been a longtime customer of Neiman Marcus, but lately I’ve been shopping here much more heavily. In a retail landscape that’s becoming increasingly noisy and politicized, Neiman Marcus continues to offer the higher standard of class and refinement that I value. The overall experience—both in-store and in the app—remains elegant, focused, and true to its brand heritage. What sets Neiman Marcus apart right now is that it hasn’t drifted into performative messaging or trend-driven signaling like Nordstrom unfortunately has. Instead, it offers timeless fashion, impeccable service, and a curated environment that respects the customer. For those of us looking for elevated, distraction-free shopping, Neiman Marcus delivers exactly what we’re after.

   I hope most don’t have a similar experience but I doubt this is a one time thing. Ordered a fragrance from Neiman Marcus, when it arrived it was not the item I ordered at all, not close I contacted Neiman Marcus immediately, getting assistance from a live human was no easy feat and when I did only added to stress and aggravation. They sent the wrong item but somehow it became my responsibility to get them this wrong item back without them ever correcting anything about the item I actually ordered not being delivered. I couldn’t even get a refund immediately even though it was their mistake during the holiday season, they were okay with a customer who did not make any mistake besides ordering an item from them having to deal with a headache of returning this wrongly sent item and leaving me without my own order for the holidays. Even when I was finally able to reach someone who was supposedly higher up and able to do more it was just more lies they said they would issue an immediate refund but what they actually did was create some kind of credit that was held pending until they got their wrongly sent item back so I didn’t actually have the funds available to use. This wasn’t the case of me ordering something and changing my mind and wanting a replacement, I ordered an item I was interested in they sent the wrong item and then treated me like I made the mistake, everything was out on me to correct, they screwed up and had me do basically everything to fix it, never tried to actually treat a customer/the person who made a correct order feel appreciated and go out of their way to make things right. Not a retailer I would recommend especially for holiday or special occasions because if they make a mistake good luck getting them to do the right thing any time soon. No one even listens they just do what they want.

   I had a wonderful experience at the fragrance department of Neiman Marcus, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Raheeq Ali, the Creed Specialist. From the moment I arrived, Raheeq was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping me find the perfect fragrance. She took the time to explain the different Creed fragrances, offered thoughtful recommendations, and allowed me to explore several options without feeling rushed. Her expertise and attention to detail made the experience both enjoyable and memorable. It’s clear that she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in providing exceptional service. Because of her guidance and professionalism, I left confident in my purchase and excited about my new fragrance. Customer service like this is rare and truly appreciated. Thank you, Raheeq, for making my visit such a pleasant experience. I look forward to returning and highly recommend seeking her assistance if you’re exploring Creed fragrances at Neiman Marcus.
