I have shopped at Bloomingdales for over forty five years yes there has been changes yes there has been many changes some good some Maybe not so good for me there is a shoe salesman name Scott at the Willow Grove Mall he will try his best to be helpful I wanted a pair of shoes by Aqura they were not in my size I tried to MAKE the smaller size fit Didn’t work he said “i will check and maybe another store might have them in your size” today is Tuesday I need by Saturday I wanted those shores I was upset what am I going to do the closes store is in NY and I need those shoes Saturday for the fashion show on the way home all I talked about to my husband was this pair of shoes that I wanted and my toes was too long so they could not fit 8:20 at night store closes at 9 I call the shoe dept ask for Scott he remember me (the lady who was upset about her toes being too long) Scott please order me those in size 9 He was so nice I receive my shoes the Friday before the fashion show happy happy some people do try to make the customers happy they like what they do and some.... everyone is not a people person

Have you ever wondered why products from men has always been 3-1 meaning your like shampoo can perform 3 task in one product. single product that combines shampoo, conditioner, and body wash into one bottle, offering convenience and efficiency in a single shower routine. Bloomingdale’s offer the same concept on anything and everything us guys may want. A 1 one stop shop. From underwear to suits, from ear buds to stereo systems. Best of all is the top name brands that they feature. Also keep in mind that if you spend a certain amount you get free shipping. I know what most naysayers are going to say, ‘ most stores do exactly that. I will see and raise them to say that most store, DO NOT compare those store with Bloomingdale’s easy return policy and customer service and the high quality brand they feature. Drop mic exit left of my pulpit!!!!!!

I always like to use app instead of the website but this app makes things hard and complicated after each update and push me to use the website instead. I’m point some big issues that I have. •first, I noticed in the new update there is an extra banner on top of your list under search bar which is for ads!! It’s a big banner for a phone’s screen and you are not able to get rid of it. Not to mention when you’re looking for something you have all the search panel on top and this leads you to just see 2 items in your screen at the time when you wanna check something. This is a huge turn down if you wanna look for something with the app and complete waste of time!!! •second, when there is one size available for an item, I’m not able to see the size on that! In fact, you need to add the item to your bag and see the size at checkout which is not normal. I don’t know the reason for this but again it is such a waste of time and nonsense. •Third, as we all want to have a easy to use app specially for shopping this app crashes a lot more than usual (compare to other shopping apps) which makes it inconvenient for users. I hope the developers fix this issues soon because in this case I perefer to use the website than the app.

1/5The app has a glitch when shopping
Not sure if you have many complaints on this subject but every time I am scrolling a category (ex. Dresses), and I decide to view a specific item on that specific category so that I may see the details of the item, and I decide that I want to return to the category and I press on the specific item it will take me easily to view the item with no problem. The problem is when I press the arrow to take me back to the category I was watching, the app takes me back to top section of that category. It’s extremely aggravating and frustrating that it doesn’t allow you to continue where you left off and/or allow you to scroll down. In some instances the app will just scroll up automatically even though your attempting to view other items. Something must be done to fix this glitch in your program. I know I’m not the only one suffering with this app because my sister is complaining about the same thing. You will lose a lot of business if people can’t shop easily. This glitch is frustrating and annoying. I keep my shopping to a minimum due this issue.

I’ve recently made the switch from Nordstrom to Bloomingdale’s, and I’m genuinely impressed. Bloomingdale’s has managed to hold onto the timeless, elegant style and customer-focused experience that Nordstrom used to be known for. The app is easy to navigate, the presentation is clean, and the overall tone feels refined and welcoming. Most importantly, Bloomingdale’s seems to understand that good fashion speaks for itself. There’s no overbearing messaging or social signaling—just great style, quality brands, and a classy atmosphere that respects the customer’s intelligence. In a time when other retailers are letting their marketing be guided by news cycles and cultural overreach, Bloomingdale’s is staying true to what retail used to be: enjoyable, stylish, and focused on substance. I’m glad I made the move.

Bloomingdale’s offer the same concept on anything and everything us guys may want. A 1 one stop shop. From underwear to suits, from ear buds to stereo systems. Best of all is the top name brands that they feature. Also keep in mind that if you spend a certain amount you get free shipping. I know what most naysayers are going to say, ‘ most stores do exactly that. I will see and raise them to say that most store, DO NOT compare those store with Bloomingdale’s easy return policy and customer service and the high quality brand they feature.           "body": "I always like to use app instead of the website but this app makes things hard and complicated after each update and push me to use the website instead. I’m point some big issues that I have. •first, I noticed in the new update there is an extra banner on top of your list under search bar which is for ads!! It’s a big banner for a phone’s screen and you are not able to get rid of it. Not to mention when you’re looking for something you have all the search panel on top and this leads you to just see 2 items in your screen at the time when you wanna check something. This is a huge turn down if you wanna look for something with the app and complete waste of time!!! •second, when there is one size available for an item, I’m not able to see the size on that! In fact, you need to add the item to your bag and see the size at checkout which is not normal. I don’t know the reason for this but again it is such a waste of time and nonsense. •Third, as we all want to have a easy to use app specially for shopping this app crashes a lot more than usual (compare to other shopping apps) which makes it inconvenient for users. I hope the developers fix this issues soon because in this case I perefer to use the website than the app.",

          "body": "Not sure if you have many complaints on this subject but every time I am scrolling a category (ex. Dresses), and I decide to view a specific item on that specific category so that I may see the details of the item, and I decide that I want to return to the category and I press on the specific item it will take me easily to view the item with no problem. The problem is when I press the arrow to take me back to the category I was watching, the app takes me back to top section of that category. It’s extremely aggravating and frustrating that it doesn’t allow you to continue where you left off and/or allow you to scroll down. In some instances the app will just scroll up automatically even though your attempting to view other items. Something must be done to fix this glitch in your program. I know I’m not the only one suffering with this app because my sister is complaining about the same thing. You will lose a lot of business if people can’t shop easily. This glitch is frustrating and annoying. I keep my shopping to a minimum due this issue.",

          "body": "I’ve recently made the switch from Nordstrom to Bloomingdale’s, and I’m genuinely impressed. Bloomingdale’s has managed to hold onto the timeless, elegant style and customer-focused experience that Nordstrom used to be known for. The app is easy to navigate, the presentation is clean, and the overall tone feels refined and welcoming. Most importantly, Bloomingdale’s seems to understand that good fashion speaks for itself. There’s no overbearing messaging or social signaling—just great style, quality brands, and a classy atmosphere that respects the customer’s intelligence. In a time when other retailers are letting their marketing be guided by news cycles and cultural overreach, Bloomingdale’s is staying true to what retail used to be: enjoyable, stylish, and focused on substance. I’m glad I made the move.",
