1. 2/5Love my mattress but can’t seem to get the old one taken away

   I bought the Slumber Solutions 14” firm mattress from Wayfair previously for my bed, and when checking out it gave me the option to have the old mattress picked up and removed. This round, I ordered the same mattress for my guest room through Overstock, and I did not get any option for the old mattress removal. I was able to find a Chat area during my order, who assured me that a company called LoadUp would contact me via email to remove the old mattress, but my new mattress has arrived and I never had an email from LoadUp. I also cannot find a way to contact them, and also have not been able to contact Overstock either. So while the mattress itself is definitely a 5 Star mattress, and the delivery of the mattress was fast and great, the lack of removal of the old mattress (along with NO Customer Service follow up from Overstock) is why I’m giving 2 Stars.

2. 3/5Reviews can’t be filtered by ratings or date?

   The reviews for items sold on this app can’t be filtered by date or rating- that’s very odd! Also reviews with images/photos can’t be enlarged and are smaller than my thumbnail so what’s the point of having photos at all? This review is based off my experience on my iPhone. Much to improve here…

3. 5/5Top Quality Products: Bedding through Diamonds

   Everything purchased from Overstock continues to be of exceptional quality and value. I have never been disappointed with a purchase and the value is always there. The marquise diamond necklace was so beautiful that it could have come from Tiffany’s. I rarely take it off. Diane Cincy

4. 4/5Love overstock

   Love overstock. The app not so much. Refreshes while you are looking at the products that overstock has to offer, which sends you all the way back to the top of the page you are on! Doesn’t do it just once. It does it multiple times while you are scrolling which in turn sends you back to the top where you have to start all over. Then it takes forever for the products you’ve already seen to load to move onto the next. Frustrating to say the least.

   I've been using this app for my shopping needs, and overall, it's quite impressive. The interface is user-friendly with intuitive navigation. Product listings are comprehensive, with good quality images and detailed descriptions. The search functionality is robust, making it easy to find what you're looking for quickly.
