   Please, I mistakenly deleted my Monica account and I have money on it please how can I get back into the account? I mistakenly deactivate it please it is really important to me please please please how can I get back into the account please get back to me as soon as possible please getting it back by logging it back into it. It does not allow me to login back into it. I tried create another account with the same Gmail and everything it does not allow me please. How can I get back into the account please I beg of you😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 If I complain on Monica app they would telll me they can’t reviews it such a bad stuff I’ve been kicked out of school because of this 😭🙏

   I’ve been trying to make withdrawals for hours now in other to process what I need to obviously that’s why I had to trade on Monica but each time I try keep saying not available at this moment try again later for hours now this so frustrating especially when you have people on your neck to settle , reached out to customer only said will be restored soon after extra 4hours I texted back only For my messages to be read and ignored then customer service went offline , now I want to say this with all this inconveniencing service provided by Monica how are we supposed to trust and believe our finances are safe on this platform because this is too much look at this time now it’s 12:34 Am where I am I can’t sleep because I haven’t settled people I need to in order to get them off my back , just because of Monica inability to make this app better then what’s the essence of us trading on here

   You trust their platform at your own risk, I sent some funds to the app and the rate was N1175/$ when I sent it, I was constantly checking their rate after I sent the funds to the app. Although rate fluctuates but there was no time today it got to N1150/$. To my surprise the Naira worth I received was not the amount that got it. I did some calculations with the dollar amount that got to the app, I discovered I have a claim of N8000. I contacted support and I got a nasty response telling me it was N1150/$ when I initiated the transaction which it was all lies, I would have believed them if I wasn’t checking to see if the rate will change. Even when it was 1 confirmation I was checking constantly to see if the rate will change and it doesn’t. Bunch of thieves
