Before I proceed, please note that I am not one to readily criticize organizations. However, I believe it is important to address concerns that may impact the growth and integrity of a company. Recently, I utilized your application for a withdrawal, and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the time it took for my withdrawal to be approved. It took a total of 24 hours before I received the approval. As an investor, prompt access to my funds is of utmost importance, and such delays can be frustrating and inconvenient, In my opinion, it appears that the backend stack team may not be performing optimally in addressing this issue. I understand that technical challenges can arise, but it is crucial for the board of directors and the management team to be aware of the potential repercussions of such delays. Quick and efficient withdrawal processes are vital for maintaining customer satisfaction and trust. I kindly request that you bring this matter to the attention of the board directors and relevant stakeholders within your organization. It is my hope that they will take immediate action to rectify the situation and implement a solution that ensures timely withdrawal approvals. Doing so will not only improve customer experience but also safeguard the growth and integrity of Cowrywise. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 5/5App keeps crashing
It was a good app until I don’t know what happened. The newest update from roughly 1month ago has always made the app crash. It is frustrating. You are viewing the stock options and 1min later It crashes. And this happens everytime. The App has been uninstalled and reinstalled but the problem persists. Developers pls look into this 2 days after this post, the app stopped crashing. Kudos to the developers🙏🏽

I just got into the app , everything looks good and encouraging. I’m glad I’ve got my money working for me and Cowrywise gave me that platform. When I add money to stash via bank transfer , it sometimes takes hours to days for it to reflect in stash , and customer support don’t respond all the time . Please see to this and I think I’d add a star to my review . Love ❤️ Almost a year later: I just added a star to my review lol. Adding funds to stash now work better, no need to contact support often anymore . Cowrywise is actually the best . Impacting some positive financial habit into me . Read “Richest man In Babylon”

Be investing since I was 18 in anything that preserves capital ,risk free and return on investment is substantial and CowryWise found a way not just to make it easy to do that by doing nothing but also have found a way to evolve and adapt to the changing investment landscape. I see CowryWise and can gladly say it’s unofficial the best investment institution in Nigeria. An institution that combines the use of the Traditional investment institutions and made easier to use and most importantly affordable. If this company ever goes public am buying as much as I can.
