Carbon updated their app and reduce my loan offer …i have a good repayment history,i have always paid on time and my loan offer went drastically down…from 300k to 10k ,maybe a bug or something,i am done with the bank,sent a request to delete my account severally buh you guys arent closing it,so i am deleting your app right now….Also,a quick help for you guys,your “add bank” isnt working,its doesnt always add the bank when you add it and even you logout nd relogin,the bank wont show still…i dont care anymore if you update your app bugs and all,not interested in your bank again /worst bank application..

Too sad to writes about this Worthless Mobile online app calling Carbon or whatever! I’m so sad and very disappointed on this app this is not what I’ve been expecting from them over 7 good months I’ve been using and savings thousands every weeks. Now that I want to apply for a loan just 5k or 10k loan you people cannot provide any amount to helping me out of this situation I was I need a loan for a proper medical assistance but these Carbon calling online mobile banking app wasn’t a good Mobile app to be using and saving your millions or thousands. So please don’t be fooling I will never use this mobile bank app for anything else anymore it’ll stay remain on my phone but my profile and my account balances are not going to work anymore I will never use this app anymore. THANK YOU For FAILED MY TRUST On You Ppl.

I’m definitely reporting Carbon to cpd for hoarding my money under the guise of NIN restriction and for continuously ignoring all the support ticket I’ve submitted. I deposited 200k into my carbon account and immediately they reduced my account level to zero, which means I can’t make any payments on the account unless I update my account with my nin. I insert my verified nin into the given space and it immediately goes to an error page, I’ve been doing the same thing for almost two weeks now and no response has been received from the numerous support tickets I’ve sent. If you have any money in this app, you better pull it out as soon as you can, if you can. This isn’t a financial app. It’s beginning to look like a Ponzi scheme.

Getting a loan isn’t a problem with carbon, repaying will take life out of you. One does not have to wait for due date to start paying off loan, but with response like “ amount is not within range” means you have to pay a certain amount or save it there and wait for them to feel like collecting it… the most disgusting part about it is the numerous emails and calls I had to put through to seek for help with the problem, urging them to allow me start paying as soon as I took like the previous… so self centered they don’t care how demanding paying back gets, all you know is call and ask for payment, never listening, 8 emails no response, why leave a contact email you don’t respond to ? Or complaint as vital as not being able to pay back loan unanswered ?? Customer care service with carbon 😡😡.. they are all BoT’s. Robots 🤖.

I don’t understand what’s going on with carbon I started ajo last year and I saved up to 2 times and I couldn’t continue the ajo due to some financial issues I had last year, so I try to cancel the ajo and get my money back but I couldn’t and in some period of time I couldn’t login into my account anymore, I really don’t like this you guys should refund my money… In the rules for the ajo refund of money was allow if the customer hasn’t take any ajo or it hasn’t reach his/her turn
