5/5Have not been able to save beneficiaries
I’m really enjoying using this app, it’s been quite helpful since. I would’ve given it a 5 star rating, but I can’t because since last year, I literally have to copy and paste account numbers each time I want to make any transfer. My beneficiary list just wiped out all of a sudden and since then, I’ve not been able to save any new beneficiary on the app. I called already to complain, but nothing came out of it since then. So, please, could you look into this problem and see what you can do to fix it. It’s quite frustrating considering that this is a mobile app and should be making my transactions less stressful. Thank you.

1/5Please fix your bank management and your workers.
The worse banking system is Diamond bank. In this universe, Diamond bank is the most terrible bank. How can you be calling and they hang the calls on you and leave you without meeting your expectations? I was asked to download this app in which I deed but the login process is so annoying. I follow all the steps I was told to but all my effort result in nothing. I followed the procedure but in the end, was “your account is been disabled” for what...? Why...? Then I call back to lay my complaint and my calls were declined just imagine..., the mobile APP is not good and now you are bringing another one. The mobile app only allowed me to do transactions only once a day and any time I try to do the second transaction it keeps on saying “you have exceeded your transaction limit...common..not even a big amount oooh just a small amount but still I can't do another transaction. I laid a complaint about this several times but still, no one could reach out.

5/5Can’t save beneficiaries
I think after the last two recent upgrades you guys really messed up things. What’s the use of having a bank app where you can’t save beneficiary. Am not writing to you to correct your mistakes, considering that you’ve not been able to correct some certain problems that have been mentioned ealier before mine. I just hope your app developers know what they are doing, was actually working perfectly well till you guys brought about the recent 2 updates and I just came to check if there is a new update, only to discover there is non. I don’t even know why am complaining when your bad reviews are even bigger than your downloads.

5/5App Always Crashes
A bank that doesn’t care about its customers. App always has issues. Never works. Will randomly block Foreign Currency transactions?! Why!? I think the bank has tier 1 capital ratio (cash) issue. That’s the only reason to hold /block USD and EURO transactions. If you ask to withdraw you FX at a branch the perpetually LIE and say they have no FX available. This is why Nigeria is backwards. This is why countries block our visas. Look at how we treat ourselves?! No point in writing this. Will you change? Nope, you’ll just laugh and continue. Well I tried.

5/5Beneficiary
Over one year plus now. All of a sudden all the account details I saved on beneficiary disappeared and never show again. Even when I do new transfer and save the beneficiary. I will login my bank app and click on it for easy transfer then I will never see them again. I don't know why this is happening. Every time I want to make transfers I keep on typing account number and copying this is really bad. I hate this. Why can't I see the accounts I have saved on beneficiary. This is really bad and stressful for me.
