I’ve been using this app on my IPhone without any problem until i decide to update the app after updating the app it automatically log me out and wants me to login again while trying to do that the app made it a must that your registered sim card should be inside the same phone you’re trying to login with the problem i have and i know many other have is that My IPHONE IS AN ESIM version so how do you expect me to convert my physical sim card to esim because i want to login my bank app this make no sense at all you guys should up your game i can believe Ordinary Opay and other banks are doing better than you

1/5THE UPDATE IS TRASH
Whoever designed this new UBA mobile banking app did a terrible job, the previous version was easy to use and well programmed. I have been struggling with UBA secure pass to be able to generate a token which hasn’t been successful till now, it’s a poor job more like a setback and as much as I can’t get any transaction done for almost a week now due to not being around to go the nearest UBA branch it’s very bad most especially for people in diaspora. As much as I hate to compare services however I can say the Access More bank app is a better upgrade to what UBA currently has plus they have an option for new devices you can easily get an OTP in the registered phone number or email, UBA needs to fix up I believe you can do better thank you.

1/5Worst bank in Nigeria and Africa
Since I opened my business account alkos splash integrated services ,I’ve been unable to do transfer on the app until I go to the atm machine with my debit card,it’s keep saying “facial recognition temporarily unavailable”,their tech support at bank said it’s my phone,meanwhile I have a personal UBA account where every works fine including app transfer which works perfectly ok,so how is it my phone then ? I have other banks apps and I don’t have such issues with them so it’s definitely UBA fault in this case,their Twitter customer care continues to ghost and their customer service centre at the bank are even worse. I wish I could give them (minus 0.1 rating ) Terrible bank,the worst I’ve ever seen all my life.😡

I downloaded the recent update on the device I’ve always had the app on, only to be told a new device tried to sign in. As if that wasn’t weird, I still can’t Lo in to the app. After the verification with my card and all it times out and I get the error message “couldn’t complete transaction.” If you’re going to send major updates, please do it properly. This is a mobile banking app, and people need access to their money. What’s all this nonsense. Please don’t leave your customers stranded, stop pushing updates that have not been properly tested before rollout. Gosh The user experience is just poor

Hello my name is Dr. Ayodabo Esuola and I have been banking with you since 2001. I live in USA and I’m not allowed roaming for unknown reasons. So I couldn’t use your online application because the account was opened with my Nigerian phone number. I usually use Ojodu branch since I live in Magodo PH1. Two week ago, I needed a fixed deposit account, and to change my account phone number to the USA number. . Eventually someone introduced me to Zenith Bank manager who can to my house in person to get me and my wife registered I left the UBA branch in anger after waiting for more than 3 hours. I’m of the opinion that you don’t want to hire professionals because of the high pay. But it’s a sorry sight to see the level people you hired. It’s a shame Regards, Ayodabo Esuola

          "body": "Whoever designed this new UBA mobile banking app did a terrible job, the previous version was easy to use and well programmed. I have been struggling with UBA secure pass to be able to generate a token which hasn’t been successful till now, it’s a poor job more like a setback and as much as I can’t get any transaction done for almost a week now due to not being around to go the nearest UBA branch it’s very bad most especially for people in diaspora. As much as I hate to compare services however I can say the Access More bank app is a better upgrade to what UBA currently has plus they have an option for new devices you can easily get an OTP in the registered phone number or email, UBA needs to fix up I believe you can do better thank you.",

          "body": "Since I opened my business account alkos splash integrated services ,I’ve been unable to do transfer on the app until I go to the atm machine with my debit card,it’s keep saying “facial recognition temporarily unavailable”,their tech support at bank said it’s my phone,meanwhile I have a personal UBA account where every works fine including app transfer which works perfectly ok,so how is it my phone then ? I have other banks apps and I don’t have such issues with them so it’s definitely UBA fault in this case,their Twitter customer care continues to ghost and their customer service centre at the bank are even worse. I wish I could give them (minus 0.1 rating ) Terrible bank,the worst I’ve ever seen all my life.😡",

As if that wasn’t weird, I still can’t Lo in to the app. After the verification with my card and all it times out and I get the error message “couldn’t complete transaction.” If you’re going to send major updates, please do it properly. This is a mobile banking app, and people need access to their money. What’s all this nonsense. Please don’t leave your customers stranded, stop pushing updates that have not been properly tested before rollout. Gosh The user experience is just poor",

So I couldn’t use your online application because the account was opened with my Nigerian phone number. I usually use Ojodu branch since I live in Magodo PH1. Two week ago, I needed a fixed deposit account, and to change my account phone number to the USA number. . Eventually someone introduced me to Zenith Bank manager who can to my house in person to get me and my wife registered I left the UBA branch in anger after waiting for more than 3 hours. I’m of the opinion that you don’t want to hire professionals because of the high pay. But it’s a sorry sight to see the level people you hired. It’s a shame Regards, Ayodabo Esuola",
