I’ve been with Lloyd’s almost three years now and I can attest to the fact that they are indeed on top of everything and always evolving. Customer service is impeccable and their fraud team protecting your money is top tier. Lloyds does not miss a beat. Their products are wide and deep. Serious stuff.

3/5Cheque deposit needs sorting / stop the ads
Per the subject line. The cheque deposit function is very unreliable; sometimes it works, more often it requires multiple attempts. Very frustrating. Please also stop with the interstitial ads on login. I’ve been offered the same product (a personal loan) on every single login now for many weeks. If I continue on to my accounts once without engaging, consider me not interested. It’s not a good customer experience to be repeatedly served up ads.

4/5Should be compatible with the iPhone 6 and later
Overall the app is good. Normally basic features (account summary and bank transfer) are easy to use. But one thing must be improved is the compatibility with larger screens. On the iPhone 5 it looks pretty fine but on the iPhone 6 and later everything seems to be enlarged, e.g. The icons and the text. It's been so many years since the iPhone 6 was launched. Hope this is going to be fixed in the next release.

5/5Good for viewing, no advanced function
Had to report a fraud, app said Lloyd’s is open 24/7 for that but it is a lie. Got voice recording and next day was told I had to go to a branch to report fraud. They couldn’t even do it over the phone! You would think fraud prevention and protection would be a priority?

I travel a lot so having access to my account to process all sorts of transactions or updates to my account with just a click of a few buttons is super awesome. Makes my life definitely a lot more easier

Closing my account after almost 22 years. Branch closures, data hoarding, AI reliance, loan harassment (I qualify but don't want one), data sharing partnerships & monetisation of customer data, no standout benefits to staying with Lloyds for so long, and finally the app has been butchered by developers who don't know how to design a streamlined and sensical interface.

unable to log on, have only been able to log on a couple of times in months. When I do get in, it crashes before I can do anything. Online banking is barely any better. The only way I can take action on my account is over the phone. I've tried clearing to cache, and uninstalling and reinstalling. Terrible

On the iPhone 5 it looks pretty fine but on the iPhone 6 and later everything seems to be enlarged, e.g. The icons and the text. It's been so many years since the iPhone 6 was launched. Hope this is going to be fixed in the next release.",
