I went to the UK for a holiday, main reason was to go to your bank to order one because apparently now you have blocked my access to my online account which was working for the best part of 15 years. Surprise surprise I never received my Pinsentry machine whilst being in the UK for a WHOLE MONTH. I really wish I could close my account on you at this point. Barclays is awful and customer service cannot help me. You guys are losers dude",
