   Revolut has the best banking app period. I’ve used around 20 different banking apps and I can definitely say Revolut is the best. Apart from the sleek interface, I love the app-first approach. You can do everything in the app, and you don’t have to go to the website for anything (or have to call). The transaction reports you can generate are great. Especially the ability to filter in the past as much as you need - most banks will only allow a limited period. There’s also the possibility of immediately adding a newly ordered physical card to the Wallet, without having to wait for the card to arrive first. You get notifications for everything, they are instant and work great. This might sound strange in 2022, but believe me there are apps that either don’t send notifications for every activity, or they don’t work, or they are delayed by hours. I could go on. The only thing I am not so thrilled with is the support. It is slow, but if you have patience and provide what it’s requested, it usually gets resolved. Support is definitely not great, but then again, in the banking world, I don’t think there is such thing as great support, unfortunately. I definitely recommend Revolut to anyone living in the year 2022 who needs modern banking.

2. 5/5Very poor service business bank

   I’ve finally had to write a bad review as I am at the end of patience. Even though this is bad review, these are the good points: - The app is great from a usability and transactional stand point 5 stars - FX rates and fees are good but for the fact that out accounts in 2021 have probably been restricted for more days than not restricted, see below. Revolut try to do their job in reviewing customer activity and conducting AML and fraud checks. However they completely fail to Know their client, a clients typical payment flows and their routine business. As a result their algorithms trigger additional information requests for pretty much every payment we make. We are a highly regulated financial services business that just needs to pay invoices vendors and receive payments on invoices. We handle no cash and our audit trail is a transparent as can be. These requests, no matter how quickly you respond inevitably lead to slow review cycles by Revolut and account restrictions that whole time put our business on freeze and in an embarrassing situation. They create problems with our regulators. In fact at one point REVOLUT posed an existential risk for our business, so after making a strategic decision to use them as our bank, they are manned with poor quality staff and low caliber individuals. They are clearly understaffed for what they are trying to do. Note :: I sent a letter to the CEO and received a response from his assistant to help. She did her best to resolve the issues they created for us but the organization is poorly resourced. Finally we filed regulatory complaints. If you’re a small business with small payments and simple needs then this is a great service. Do not try anything industrial strength with this company. It’s frustrating.

3. 5/5Awesome bank for business

   Revolut is one to watch out for as they are gaining traction here in the US. Their individual accounts boast great perks and their comparability with Apple Pay right out the gate is extremely helpful. Now, with the business accounts they give the same great service and ease of use as the individual accounts. I have switched from my old bank account to Revolut because I know this bank is just getting started with features and perks for their members. And to top it all off, their customer service team is prompt, polite, and ready to answer any questions I have had since becoming a member.

4. 1/5Verification Process Is Arbitrary and Opaque

   Revolut Business has potential, but the onboarding and verification process is deeply flawed. Our application was rejected without explanation, despite being an established business in good standing with owners who have excellent credit and clean histories. There was no guidance, no recourse, and no meaningful communication; only a generic message saying they would “reach out,” which never happened. A financial platform should not operate with a black‑box approval process. At minimum, applicants deserve clarity on what triggered a rejection and what steps, if any, can be taken to resolve it. As it stands, the process feels arbitrary and wastes time for legitimate businesses trying to onboard. I hope the team takes this seriously, because the product itself looks promising; but the current verification workflow undermines trust before the relationship even begins.

   Please check out their Twitter page of the amount of users who have had issues with this so-called bank closing their accounts. I can’t believe I even suggested for people to download this app lol. Run run run or else you are going to be hungry like me looking for your next meal because a horrible financial institution that outsource his customer service. I didn’t have any issues until recently when I inquired about missing funds. I came across the Twitter page and I saw that so many people had the same issue and was locked out of their accounts for six months to a year. Run run run! The made me pay €75 for a metal card and the same services thats offered with their free service. It is the same customer support nothing priority about it and you don’t actually get all the other things that it says it is included.
