2. 5/5Kraken is the difference between being a service, and providing service

   I just recently got into crypto in late 2024. I started off using an exchange (which I won’t name.. but it rhymes with Boin Case) that provided such horrible customer service, very limited problem solving skills, and showed no interpersonal skills or empathy. They actually basically forced me to find another exchange to use. I had tried my hand at a few different exchanges, but none seem to fit for me the way I’d want. After some research, I had heard some good things about Kraken, and truly, my expectations have been exceeded. I use both Kraken and Kraken Pro apps (one for the simple User Interface and that latter for the in depth analysis abilities and lower fees). Not only does kraken win me over with its ability to list certain Assets earlier than what I was previously used to, but they offer so many perks and additional options and strategies to grow your portfolio and trade. Above any feature that can be boasted, Kraken gets it right with the people behind the scenes. Kraken’s support Agents can be reached through the app and via social media, and they are incredibly prompt, responsive, diligent, and most of all, they are people’s people. You don’t feel like you are getting that typical copy and paste user manual response that the other exchange seems to never go beyond providing, you speak with a real person with a real personality and a real intent to help you solve your issue and get a better understanding of anything you may be confused about. All I can say is, I’ve never written a review of any app I’ve downloaded, so I’ll let that speak for itself. Whether you are just starting off with crypto or you just need an exchange that has all your trading needs, I will only suggest Kraken.

   This wallet adheres to Kraken’s high security and privacy standards. It provides the most versatile and professional wallet Ive used. Whether Im feeling more like a maxi or a degen, this wallet is the one I use. It’s one of the few apps whose changelog I actually read because of how many cool new features there are each update.

4. 4/5Nice wallet, but UI and data bugs

   This is a nice wallet to use, but the UI often shows an info notice that says “First time sending to this address”, even though I’ve sent to that address multiple times. It also has problems pulling historical transaction data. These issues have been present for months. I’d really like to see an Address Book get added to the app. I have to copy paste addresses every time, which is both a pain and probably a security/attack vector

   If you are new to crypto custodianship, please stop and read this review— Hello, fellow newbies! My aim in writing this is less toward promoting yet another Kraken-built product that I do happen to enjoy using and more toward delivering a message of hope to anyone who might need it today. Stepping into the world of crypto can truly change your entire life in a manner of just a few days. It happened to me last year. Once you begin to understand the tremendous amounts of energy that this ecosystem is built around you’ll see what I mean. Many of the cryptards you’ve seen online (the so-called experts) dont understand this energy system so while they may find themselves “rich” in this moment, they miss out on the infinite amount of wealth (financial, spiritual, emotional) that can be tapped into if you are willing/able to rewire your brain and change the way you identify with the concepts of 1) value; 2) currency; and 3) time. If you don’t understand these three concepts, you will be exploited by them, which is why crypto can be a dangerous environment for learners. Enter Kraken. Kraken has taken giant steps toward providing regular people (like you and me) an opportunity to enter this environment, while offering protection against certain avoidable risks that we inevitably don’t know are lurking. I believe Kraken truly is looking out for their clients, and they are wanting more of us to feel safe enough to join. The Kraken Wallet strongly supports their position on client safety. Aside from its simple-yet-elegant interface (an expectation consistently exceeded by Kraken) their crypto wallet is very flexible considering its recent launch. Customers can now link their exchange account and transfer crypto directly into their wallet with a few taps. It’s compatible with several chains/networks and it supports a number of trusted apps (useful for things like swapping/exchanging coins, etc) within the wallet itself. Additionally, you can buy, store, and view your collection(s) of NFT’s all inside this sleek, safe, Kraken-built product. I’ll stop there. If you’ve made it this far, I’d suggest giving Kraken a try. The rest will all make sense to you soon. ✌️
