1. 5/5Great Wallet, but Connection Issues Need Fixing

   I’ve been using the “Best Wallet” app for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really impressed with how it handles my digital payments and cards. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to add, manage, and use my cards. I also love the security features, which give me peace of mind knowing my information is safe. However, there’s one issue that keeps bothering me—the connection errors. Every few moments, a “lost connection” error pops up, and then it disappears on its own. While it doesn’t seem to affect the app’s overall functionality, it’s annoying and disrupts the otherwise smooth experience. I hope the developers can address this in a future update because this app is so close to being perfect. If the connection issue gets fixed, this will definitely be a five-star app for me. But as it stands, it’s still a great wallet option, just with a minor hiccup that I hope is temporary.

2. 1/5Transaction History

   DO NOT USE THIS WALKET!! It is clearly UNSAFE & in its INFANCY stage. I used this wallet to purchase a few presale coins. Some of it went well UNTIL IT DID NOT. It is one of the supported wallets for purchasing BlockDag. I used it to do so. 2 transactions were successful but they do not show up in the Best wallet transaction history but they do show on BlockDag. The 3rd transaction, $120 in USDT is gone from my wallet. There is no transaction history on either end. So unless you want to be robbed of your hard earned money, use a better option. This one will take your crypto and not give you a transaction history!!! I’ve emailed support multiple times and explained this and they asked for the transaction history that I wrote is not there. They asked me to text them my wallet address but gave me no number to text it to. This WALLET IS FRAUD!! They also took 3 days to answer claiming that they had too many complaint tickets. That says it all. Use Coinbase wallet, MetaMask or a hardware wallet and skip this!! Also trying to stake purchased presale Pepe Unchained does not work. I’ve read online of others having the same issue!! I’m still out $120 that this WALLET STOLE FROM ME! I’m reporting them to every Government agency available. If you have presale coins in this wallet take screenshots and as soon as you can, get your coins out of there. EPIC FAIL!!!

   Had a minor issue the other day and reached out to customer service through the app. The issue was fixed fast and customer service responded fast. So far my experience with the app has been great. I’ve been able to transfer tokens from one wallet to another wallet with no issues. From one platform to another platform with no issue. Hopefully it stays this way. There are definitely upgrades that can be made to make the app even better and there will be new features added from what I’ve read. If things change I’ll update this review but as of now everything has been working just fine for me.

4. 1/5Missing money

   I’ve been waiting for a month to receive a response from the email your website lists for assistance and I still haven’t received a response. I transferred ethereum from Coinbase to best wallet, tried importing it and it says the transaction ID is not valid. I copied the exact Transaction ID that was listed in my best wallet for transfer. The transaction went through and the money is not in my wallet. I’m missing $4k and it’s been a month. It’s not right that no one has attempted to help me resolve this. I really need some assistance tracking this down and figuring out why it’s not in my wallet. My wife reached out through here on my behalf following my email in an attempt to help me gain contact. You responded to my wife’s review giving additional guidance on importing in which we had already tried. You stated you’d look further into the issue. We haven’t heard anything. She followed up expressing. We really need help tracking our money. It’s not right that we have to repeatedly reach out in need of help and we aren’t getting the help we need. We’d really appreciate your prompt response and efforts to recover the money.

   USER BEWARE **** They try to host coin launches but are unable to keep up with the demand. The recent WEPE launch is a prime example. The app crashed and when I reached out on their discord support messaging board they kicked me off for questioning the ability to handle the demand and the gas fees, which were nearly as much as the initial investment. I never did receive my tokens and eventually gave up and considered it a learning experience. They did respond several days later blaming unsupported blockchain when it was their launch… Too late… you took too long. Poor customer service and support. I’ve given the bad review on the App Store and counted my crypto lost/burned. I’ve closed my account and deleted the wallet app and won’t be using it anymore. The fact that they closed my ticket without hearing my feedback speaks volumes to their loyalty to base customers. I will make it a point to share this experience as often as I can. It may not make a huge impact but it will make an impact all the same. Even if it only costs them what I lost at least I count it money well spent.
