Two weeks ago I developed an interest Bitcoin. An associate recommended ZenGo. I opened an account and made a 1k purchase of Bitcoin. The transaction seemed to be going smoothly, this was Wednesday. After midnight Thursday morning my Bitcoin purchase was not reflected in Zengo wallet. As I patiently waited for the funds to reflect, the debit was pending in my bank account. By Thursday evening I became more concerned as the funds were still pending and there was 0$ in my wallet. All of the horror stories I heard about crypto currency were coming true. Nevertheless, I got in touch with Zengo and Moonpay. Both were very helpful and worked on my issue. I woke Saturday morning with the hope of seeing my Bitcoin in my wallet. I checked 0$, and no Bitcoin, funds gone from my account. I thought my lost was complete. I sent Zengo another email Saturday morning. Gary came online, within 5min my wallet reflected my purchased Bitcoin!! I was ecstatic!! Not only did Gary fix my problem but he told why. I was using my iPhone and iPad at the same time therefore the program developed a “glitch”. Even though I was losing my mind the guys at Zengo we’re understating, calm and patient. They believed in there product! They project a confidence that my funds were protected and that I could safely trade without worry in their crypto currency space ZenGo! Thank you Carlos, Sam and Gary, for your patience and hard work to fix my problem. I will always be grateful for these guys and Zengo, for developing and helping me to feel comfortable in their Crypto currency space!

5/5Great Customer Service, But Wishes Fees Were Not So High (MoonPay’s Fault)
I had a great experience with the customer service representatives at ZenGo. It took an abnormally long time for my order to get processed for some reason, but the customer service representative that helped me, Sam, throughout the middle of the night, was very reassuring and yet still took the matter seriously. Although there was no actual technical issue involved, the team of customer service representatives really still give me the attention and reassurance that I really crave when having to wait for something that is out of my hands. My only complaint at this point with the ZenGo is that MoonPay, the company involved with managing ZenGo’s fees and those types of issues, does charge quite a bit so it’s difficult sometimes to decide what I should deposit knowing that there is a lot of potential to pay higher fees if you make little deposits more frequently, which means you need to make a bigger deposit less frequently, which I am not always as comfortable doing. However, in terms of their customer service and the way you can chat one on one with someone when you are experiencing an issue, is a really positive point, especially for a more anxious person like me.

5/5Proof it can happen anytime, anywhere! Never seen anyone handle a chaotic moment so fast.
Felipe was knowledgeable and great guy. I did in fact almost fall for a “sugar baby” style scam. But after the third week she was talking a lot about having plenty of money, and I’m just getting by so she offer to give me gift card with an “allowance” of $150/wk. Then put thousands in when she can???I’m 40and I don’t think a high school kid can’t get by on that. I’m sure everyone can imagine the rest of the relationship details, but Zeno are extremely professional and always researching and I’m have a great cybersecurity team constantly working on these issues that quite honestly seem like live in person con jobs, and especially online dating . I’m keeping my app up. No need to delete it, my phone blew up the second it noticed a change and I was able to follow the directions and safeguard my app win about 2 minutes tops. Great job guys! Hope everyone hears the story!!!

1/5Promises more than it Delivers
I set up, sent my coin and got ready to exchange it for the coin I wanted to swap and was shocked not only at the fee involved there, but what it cost me to send my coins to this wallet (not that they charged a transaction fee but at how much it cost given the fact that I could not accomplish what I wanted to with their promised features), from my other wallet and then now, again back to my home wallet since I could not accomplish my desired trade nor could I seamlessly send money back to my bank account as promised. . . All in all, it cost me $45 to learn this lesson. I won’t be back. Even though I am leaving a fraction of my ETH in this wallet, as they told me to send too much . . .more than I actually needed to send my original coin back to my primary wallet. . . .all in all, not a happy camper here. Addendum: So it appears this chap thinks I am a newbie to the Crypto space for instead of the seasoned veteran I am. The point which he missed is that I cannot make deposits or withdrawals from their platform to my own offline bank as they suggest in their p.r. And they say that feature is “coming” in the future. As stated before, had I know that, I would not have wasted my time and money in their system at present. Hopefully that will change in the months and years to come but at present it is only a promise. Nada mas!!! 8-( P.S. Flippant and condescending with your users much?!? What a rube!

5/5Easy way to use Apple Pay for crypto
The fees aren’t the lowest (but by no means unfair or overpriced) but the reason why I love this app versus Coinbase, Binance, etc. is you can use Apple Pay with this app! There is only one other app that lets you buy with Apple Pay (can’t remember the name - Google it if you’re interested, that’s how I found this app) but the fees here are better. Another big plus for this app is you can buy crypto immediately after installing with Apple Pay and (I think) with a debit/credit card too. I only used Apple Pay and had to provide very little information - took less than 5 minutes before I had a purchase pending. From there it took 10-15 minutes and the BTC is there! Finally, this app doesn’t gouge you when you want to transfer your coins to another wallet. Sometimes exchanges will charge higher than normal fees as a way to make additional money. Cost me less than $2 to send my approximately $160 worth of BTC to my cold storage wallet. Overall this app is great. PS: in all fairness, if you’re willing/able to wait for your coins - use Coinbase - they have the absolute cheapest fees for buying crypto but they have to verify you before you can start buying/selling. Good luck my fellow cryptonians, may we see each other @ the moon 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀

Although there was no actual technical issue involved, the team of customer service representatives really still give me the attention and reassurance that I really crave when having to wait for something that is out of my hands. My only complaint at this point with the ZenGo is that MoonPay, the company involved with managing ZenGo’s fees and those types of issues, does charge quite a bit so it’s difficult sometimes to decide what I should deposit knowing that there is a lot of potential to pay higher fees if you make little deposits more frequently, which means you need to make a bigger deposit less frequently, which I am not always as comfortable doing. However, in terms of their customer service and the way you can chat one on one with someone when you are experiencing an issue, is a really positive point, especially for a more anxious person like me.",

I’m sure everyone can imagine the rest of the relationship details, but Zeno are extremely professional and always researching and I’m have a great cybersecurity team constantly working on these issues that quite honestly seem like live in person con jobs, and especially online dating . I’m keeping my app up. No need to delete it, my phone blew up the second it noticed a change and I was able to follow the directions and safeguard my app win about 2 minutes tops. Great job guys!           "body": "I set up, sent my coin and got ready to exchange it for the coin I wanted to swap and was shocked not only at the fee involved there, but what it cost me to send my coins to this wallet (not that they charged a transaction fee but at how much it cost given the fact that I could not accomplish what I wanted to with their promised features), from my other wallet and then now, again back to my home wallet since I could not accomplish my desired trade nor could I seamlessly send money back to my bank account as promised. . . All in all, it cost me $45 to learn this lesson. I won’t be back. Even though I am leaving a fraction of my ETH in this wallet, as they told me to send too much . . .more than I actually needed to send my original coin back to my primary wallet. . . .all in all, not a happy camper here. Addendum: So it appears this chap thinks I am a newbie to the Crypto space for instead of the seasoned veteran I am. The point which he missed is that I cannot make deposits or withdrawals from their platform to my own offline bank as they suggest in their p.r. And they say that feature is “coming” in the future. As stated before, had I know that, I would not have wasted my time and money in their system at present. Hopefully that will change in the months and years to come but at present it is only a promise. Nada mas!!! 8-( P.S. Flippant and condescending with your users much?!? What a rube!",

          "body": "The fees aren’t the lowest (but by no means unfair or overpriced) but the reason why I love this app versus Coinbase, Binance, etc. is you can use Apple Pay with this app! There is only one other app that lets you buy with Apple Pay (can’t remember the name - Google it if you’re interested, that’s how I found this app) but the fees here are better. Another big plus for this app is you can buy crypto immediately after installing with Apple Pay and (I think) with a debit/credit card too. I only used Apple Pay and had to provide very little information - took less than 5 minutes before I had a purchase pending. From there it took 10-15 minutes and the BTC is there! Finally, this app doesn’t gouge you when you want to transfer your coins to another wallet. Sometimes exchanges will charge higher than normal fees as a way to make additional money. Cost me less than $2 to send my approximately $160 worth of BTC to my cold storage wallet. Overall this app is great. PS: in all fairness, if you’re willing/able to wait for your coins - use Coinbase - they have the absolute cheapest fees for buying crypto but they have to verify you before you can start buying/selling.
