5/5Fix The Verification Process!
I won’t be as harsh on stars for verification, however, you need to get this issue fixed. I have (literally) had to re-do the verification process over 4 different times. You ask for additional info yet, when we try to submit, it will not accept new pic. Guys, read the reviews, they are telling you the issues. Lets get these glitches worked out! You have a great concept but, you’re losing customers daily as your verification process is a bit over the top. There are now numerous other projects becoming available daily to buy crypto on using bank/credit/debit/paypal etc. If you want the debit card pictured next to the ID card (which is unnecessary seeing as how the the ID and debit card have to be verified individually, hence showing you that the 2 are linked to the person) make sure the process of submitting the new pic is working to accept it. Otherwise, consider losing the pic of ID BACK/DEBIT CARD. I gave up trying as the price if BTC slowly rose out of the buy zone I was shooting for. I have since been verified on Coinbase and Abra, hence, making it obsolete for me to again attempt your verification process.

This app gave me nothing but problems since I got it a week ago. I used it only because it was one of the only apps google listed as having cordana(ADA) and at first glance everything seemed legit I was able to verify my card and insert all kinds of person verifications and once completed I was on the screen to even buy cordana however the screen took forever to load and so I tried again and it still took forever to load and so I figured I would deposit funds into the apps wallet and that took forever to load as well but it eventually went through. Then I went back to buy my cordana after depositing and it was no longer on the list of tradable crypto’s. I tried to find it but it was no longer there so I figured I would just withdraw my money back to my bank and find a different app however withdrawing only gives me an error and I tried contacting support and they said it could take up to 10 days to see which in there defense it has not been 10 days yet however that seems like poor customer service. However I saved the best part for last less than an hour after signing up for the app and withdrawing I found out they tried to charge my card 3 times for the same deposit into the apps wallet which locked my bank account. I have been waiting patiently and trying everyday but the funds are still stuck in my wallet with no way to get them back into my bank account and there has been no response from there service team.

3/5Lack of Transparency on Cryptocurrency Withdrawal Fees & Generally High Transaction Fees.
The exchange is very reliable and the support responds in a timely manner. However, they removed the ability to check the withdrawal fees for each cryptocurrency beforehand. This means you can’t choose to purchase a cryptocurrency that has cheaper withdrawal fees if your intention is to simply move funds from the platform. You will only know how much they charge at the point of withdraw when you have already made the purchase. In addition, the transaction fees on CEX are high even for blockchains like TRX and XRP that basically charge nothing in themselves. The also platform needs to introduce much cheaper methods of crypto to fiat conversion for both deposits and withdrawals… especially mobile money networks such as MTN, Airtel, etc. This has become a very common trend for major platforms like Binance and Coinbase because they know they are catering for all economies and not just those in the global north.

In my opinion purchasing crypto on this platform is a poor choice due to extreme fees and outrageous minimums to transfer funds. I wrote customer service about some issues and they locked up my account because they did not like my opinion. I tried multiple wallets to send my crypto to which was all denied due to my wallets address being invalid. Only issue I’ve ever had with them. Very poor service, scamming company in my opinion. Cryptos available for trade is not as advertised. Take my loss as a group lesson and try the next platform. I put 50$ on purchased 2 coins and made a withdraw which in total was over 20$ not to mention the multiple weeks going back and forth for no reason just to be able to withdraw my money. They also don’t have their correct license to conduct business in the state of Indiana but they do any way. Shady company read their reviews it’s a common mistake for many crypto traders

A horrible experience. They charged me $6. Both ways deposit and to send. And now they I holding my money that I sent after I got charged all that money I just deposited 40 bucks total minus 12 they are charging more than 25 percent on fees

So at first I was surprised at the platform and it's interface, makes everything very easy to understand. but after signing up and making a deposit of almost $1000 from my card, I have not been able to withdraw anything. and the customer support is really slow at responding, and the instructions they provide to withdraw does not match the options the app displays! you can't send crypto to anyone.it doesn't allow you!

i have my account for over 6 years, my iphone with the 2FA damage beyond repair and for the past 2 months i am trying to get access following all steps given and im getting application fail. There no one to assist me with getting access everything is left to AI which they make mistakes as well. Im getting from AI that until im logged on to the platform there is no way i can get my funds on the platform. This is crazy and bad for business.

You ask for additional info yet, when we try to submit, it will not accept new pic. Guys, read the reviews, they are telling you the issues. Lets get these glitches worked out! You have a great concept but, you’re losing customers daily as your verification process is a bit over the top. There are now numerous other projects becoming available daily to buy crypto on using bank/credit/debit/paypal etc. If you want the debit card pictured next to the ID card (which is unnecessary seeing as how the the ID and debit card have to be verified individually, hence showing you that the 2 are linked to the person) make sure the process of submitting the new pic is working to accept it. Otherwise, consider losing the pic of ID BACK/DEBIT CARD. I gave up trying as the price if BTC slowly rose out of the buy zone I was shooting for. I used it only because it was one of the only apps google listed as having cordana(ADA) and at first glance everything seemed legit I was able to verify my card and insert all kinds of person verifications and once completed I was on the screen to even buy cordana however the screen took forever to load and so I tried again and it still took forever to load and so I figured I would deposit funds into the apps wallet and that took forever to load as well but it eventually went through. Then I went back to buy my cordana after depositing and it was no longer on the list of tradable crypto’s. I tried to find it but it was no longer there so I figured I would just withdraw my money back to my bank and find a different app however withdrawing only gives me an error and I tried contacting support and they said it could take up to 10 days to see which in there defense it has not been 10 days yet however that seems like poor customer service. However I saved the best part for last less than an hour after signing up for the app and withdrawing I found out they tried to charge my card 3 times for the same deposit into the apps wallet which locked my bank account. I have been waiting patiently and trying everyday but the funds are still stuck in my wallet with no way to get them back into my bank account and there has been no response from there service team.",

          "body": "The exchange is very reliable and the support responds in a timely manner. However, they removed the ability to check the withdrawal fees for each cryptocurrency beforehand. This means you can’t choose to purchase a cryptocurrency that has cheaper withdrawal fees if your intention is to simply move funds from the platform. You will only know how much they charge at the point of withdraw when you have already made the purchase. In addition, the transaction fees on CEX are high even for blockchains like TRX and XRP that basically charge nothing in themselves. The also platform needs to introduce much cheaper methods of crypto to fiat conversion for both deposits and withdrawals… especially mobile money networks such as MTN, Airtel, etc. This has become a very common trend for major platforms like Binance and Coinbase because they know they are catering for all economies and not just those in the global north.",

I wrote customer service about some issues and they locked up my account because they did not like my opinion. I tried multiple wallets to send my crypto to which was all denied due to my wallets address being invalid. Only issue I’ve ever had with them. Very poor service, scamming company in my opinion. Cryptos available for trade is not as advertised. Take my loss as a group lesson and try the next platform. I put 50$ on purchased 2 coins and made a withdraw which in total was over 20$ not to mention the multiple weeks going back and forth for no reason just to be able to withdraw my money. They also don’t have their correct license to conduct business in the state of Indiana but they do any way. Shady company read their reviews it’s a common mistake for many crypto traders",
