   Started out noticing a transaction of my nano currency did not transfer over. Contacted customer support she knowledged my problem so they were working to fix it. Suggested I transfer my money to a different exchange import my wallet and get a different representative to access the currency if I needed it before they could resolve the issue. I did this. Next thing I know I have no currency. I contact customer support who tells me the exact opposite of what she said that my transaction went through and that there was no currency in the wallet. Shortly there after I make a transaction where I have a total of .0041 bitcoinAnd I would draw .0023 for trade and all my bitcoin is gone now. There’s no documentation of it on the Blockchain, no documentation of it on my order history but they swear that I must been hacked. There will be documentation on the order history. It’s just gone and they will do nothing to help me. I supplied multiple screenshots showing the deposits And the withdrawal for trade and explain to them simple addition and subtraction and the math does not lie and math is consistent no matter what they offered no help whatsoever. Refuses to let me speak with a supervisor and basically keeps saying that my account has been hacked and it must be a security issue. Nobody has access to my phone. I live alone. I work by myself. We’re under quarantine and I downloaded this app less than two weeks ago. Tell me how I’ve been hacked. They’re a bunch of thieves and scammers and once you notice it you just go round and round and round with them. I gave up because I’m sick of messing with them. You can’t make a thief honest anyways. I’m really mad but I’m taking it as a loss because I can’t even stand to deal with them anymore. If you like keeping what yours do not download this app. Please learn your lesson from my experience don’t learn it yourself

2. 1/5Missing funds due to wallet BUG!

   At first they seemed so trusting. They have been in the industry for a long time. I have never imagined that this will happen to me. I used atomicwallet thinking of their reputation but the wallet itself had a bug! I deposited some crypto, converter them from within the app, then went to my atomicwallet. But when it was time to transfer it, the app crashed and when I opened it up again, my funds were gone! The specific wallet that is supposed to be locked in the atomic wallet was changed! And the support people said that it was impossible to happen! Well, it happened to me, how is that impossible?!!! Now, it will be almost two weeks that their dev team is investigating my case but did not came up with a solution. They told me to open an old version, open it on a different wallet, telling me they are working on it, but man..two weeks! I need my funds back to me. The support actually showed me that my funds was still in the blockchain! That the exchange was successful and my funds went to a specific wallet that was supposed to be locked within the atomicwallet, but on my case, it changed to a different wallet, that is why I cannot access my crypto anymore. And because of this BUG, they are holding up my funds up to now! I am continually battling my right to get my funds back to me. I told them if there's a BUG, then your dev team should deal with it, but for the meantime you need to pay me the equivalent amount of crypto that was hold up because of your wallet's BUG!! In fact I should have awarded more because of all my inconveniences. But I'm only asking for what is really mine, yet they won't give me my own funds! I feel like this wallet is all a SCAM!

3. 4/5Really good w an improvement or 2

   First, I’m giving Atomic wallet 5 stars, because overall it is excellent. The wallet interface is clean, I like the contrasting colors and the overall layout, it is relatively intuitive to navigate. What I absolutely love about the wallet is the ability to add cryptos not native to the wallet, just by copying and pasting the contract address. Why other popular wallets don’t have this feature is beyond me, but it really gives this wallet an edge. Where I would find fault is when my mobile wallet doesn’t sync up exactly w my desktop version. For example, I staked Zil on my desktop wallet, and after creating my mobile wallet, syncing with my desktop wallet as a restore, the Zil in my mobile showed zero staked Zil. It took several times deleting/reinstalling and re syncing the mobile with the desktop to have the staked Zil show up. Even after showing up, it then disappeared, but then reappeared. This didn’t happen with the desktop, and I was never worried that my crypto was lost, but it’s definitely something that needs to be worked out. A bug I guess. Other than that all good. What I hope Atomic does, as Exodus has, is give you the ability to connect your Trezor hardware wallet, so your private keys are offline. This would for me give it 5 stars. But I do appreciate what Atomic has done and I love the wallet.

   Atomic wallet has a lot of coins to choose from and allows staking which is nice. However, the app has a ton of bugs and glitches. I tried buying on the app and an additional random $50 attempted charge kept showing up in my purchase history. Nothing ever went through to my bank thankfully and I cancelled all transactions. I also never received my AWC reward from atomic wallet from a prior transaction (it has been several days since). Additionally, stake rewards do not update daily even with multiple refreshes and other tried methods. Sometimes stakes will not show at all (again tons of bugs in this app). I know others with the same issues when using this app. Atomic Wallet needs to take this seriously and update their app and fix the bugs and glitches. There are too many and it is unacceptable. I may use the app in the future, but not until it is fixed and properly functioning. Everyone else looking to use Atomic Wallet, I recommend waiting until these issues are properly addressed and fixed. There are plenty of other wallets that are functional and offer similar services.

5. 5/5Great. It’s non-custodial with custodial-like features

   You hold your keys/mnemonics so it is NON-custodial, but have staking features and exchange features as well as support that is actually helpful. The app itself is pretty self-explanatory once you DL and start using it, it has prompts (in most cases) just in case you are a crypto newb. About the exchange feature: if you are trading one crypto for another it is quite fair and comparable to dealing directly with an exchange (again, in most cases) if a direct trade seems like too big of a loss, might want to see if it’s better to find a short chain of trades to get best rate for the coin/token that you desire. Staking is often close to direct rates as well. Overall it’s a great all-in-one app that includes pretty much any chain you could want. Can even add coins that are not within the standard list of wallets. Thanks much to all within and associated to Atomic Wallet! - SygilWLF
