But this app is simple and offers statistics that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. It also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there, if you're looking for something like that.    I recently purchased XYZ Verse and Light Chain AI through your website, and I am extremely unhappy with the experience. After completing my purchase, I discovered that both of these coins appear to be fraudulent or highly misleading. It has become clear that I have been scammed, and I am very disappointed that your platform allowed these fake or unverified coins to be sold. As a customer, I trusted your website to offer legitimate and secure products, especially in such a high-risk space like cryptocurrency. Allowing these kinds of scams to go unchecked not only damages your reputation but also puts honest users like me at risk of financial loss. There should be a stronger vetting process for digital assets listed for sale, as well as immediate action when users report issues. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I am requesting a full refund of the amount I spent on these coins. I expect to be contacted promptly regarding this matter, and I urge you to take responsibility for allowing these coins to be sold on your platform. I hope this situation can be resolved quickly and fairly, and that steps are taken to prevent future scams like this.

5. 1/5Most complicated, not user-friendly; tech “support” not helpful

   I didn’t think it was safe to keep crypto assets on an exchange so I transferred my Optimism (OP) tokens to my Uniswap wallet.. no problem… well, that was until I tried sending them to back to onto the exchange. I have more than enough USDC, USDT and ETH to cover the gas fees but kept getting a notice saying that I didn’t have enough ETH to cover the gas fees. I reached out to Customer Support… They will not chat online or talk on the phone. Only email. Two days later, they said I had to convert my Ethereum (ETH network) tokens to Ethereum tokens (OP network). Can’t perform a swap within uniswap .. unable to buy ETH-OP b/c four different credit cards keep getting declined.. can’t bridge tokens because the bridge apps do not support uniswap. Absolute NIGHTMARE!!!! Not sure how they plan on enticing the masses when someone who has been into crypto for over 4 years finds the user experience beyond ridiculously complicated. The solution: stick with BITCOIN ONLY!!!!!!

   I never write bad reviews, for me to take up from my valuable time and write here it has to REALLY EARN IT. The app is unworthy to be a wallet, THE MOST UNRELIABLE APP you can find in here. I'm not waiting for an improvement nor compensation for the trouble this app caused me, other Wallets are a thousand times more reliable. They will probably answer with a bureaucratic answer such as "email as at blabla@never-get-an-answer-nor-solution dot never. LOOK FOR AN ALTERNATIVE.

   scam!!!!!! this app is a scam!!!! please don't ever invest in it or use it for your own good. They removed my money and kept me logged out from account I can't access it. I'm sure we're many experiencing this. scammers!!!!! return my money!!!! fraud app.
