1. 1/5Poor Ui Update

   Loved this app for a long time but the most recent UI update is terrible. Some of my complaints are as follows, keep in mind these functions were all available prior to the most recent update. I can’t see portfolio diversification percentages for all my holdings anymore, only top 5. I can’t see Day % Change in the same window as holdings, I have to tab between my personal watchlists and my portfolio tab just to see day changes for each of my holdings, the “New Transaction” button in the portfolio tab constantly covers a row of holdings information which is incredibly obnoxious. Additionally, this is more of a personal complaint, but why did they take away the dollar signs in the portfolio tab?? This makes it visually annoying to look at the value of your holdings next to the shares. Like I said, loved the app, use it constantly to track my crypto holdings in one place. But this most recent update is 110% a step backwards in UI as far as making important data as easily and quickly to digest. Super disappointed with the current layout. 5 star app cooked by a 1 star update.

2. 1/5CMC Needs to be Indicted

   I went light on my previous review, because I wanted to give the developer a chance to respond. CMC responded with their same automated generic 3 star or less message saying to reach out to us. The disclaimer on their inquiry page says they have the right to not respond to anything they feel like. That is why I want this to be the harshest review the developer has ever seen. CMC are nothing but a bunch of scheming crooks that make their money by allowing any coin developer to list their coin, legitimate or not. Further more, CMC purposely post miss leading data that makes a coin to look more successful than it is. The charts are skewed to show a coin 1000 x’ ing though they may be actually just be increasing 5% in value. They purposely hold back key metrics that are available on almost any other board; the deception is severe and intentional. When I say indicted I mean by whatever country’s law body their company operates under. They manipulate the message board and screen out things that will be harmful to the reputation of the coin even though the coin might be a total outright fraudulent, wallet draining, rug pulling scam. I have made several post about scam coins to the board that have been deleted. Nobody should rely on stats from this app to make any kind of financial desisions. Their misinformation and deception is manipualting the market and ruining people in the process. CMC is tarnishing the crypto world, if they don’t change their ways they will create damage that may cause defi currency from ever becoming universally accepted. The site has gotten too big for it’s own good. They need to be stopped. User can do their part and stop using this app.

3. 2/5Worst Update Ever!

   While there are a few additions to this new update that were good (keeping track of price per coin and transaction fees), the app now glitches more than ever. Totals, coin prices, and charts will not refresh half the time. Also, the app freezes up when trying to enter additions and subtractions to my positions. I find myself having to force quit the app many times just to enter staking interest for a few coins. Sometimes the app just doesn’t work at all in the portfolio section, no matter how many times I try to refresh or relaunch the app. Also, in the portfolio section, we use to have the ability to pull up charts for individual coins, but now we have to go to another section to do that. Also, on the front page, I’ve found that “Global Overview” seems to randomly pop up at times and I have no idea how to do it when I want to see it. It just randomly appears sometimes. Also, the profiles for individual coins really need to be updated. There are plenty of coins still listed as being on exchanges that they’ve been delisted from, others not being listed as being on exchanges that I’ve recently purchased them on, and many coins where there are no news entries for the past few years even though I can find plenty of articles if I do a Google search. This app needs more stability and a comprehensive update to the content of the coin profiles.

4. 5/5Hand down, the best!

   One of the only downsides is, it’s only a market app so you can’t actually buy, sell or trade crypto. But I love it so much that I use it to do all my research before going to my crypto apps to buy/sell etc. as it provides Market history details, you can compare one coins movements against another’s, total loss and profits in dollars (high/low prices) for 1 hr to “all time” all time rather than just the last 24 hrs percentage movements. Super reliable and informative, there are multiple sources of information and forums provided on each coin. It’s easy to see your total loss/profit info, which was one of my biggest turn offs to other market and portfolio apps. Usually you are only shown the current price of a coin or wallet total without the prices you bought the coins for or with no chart to see the data etc. And although it does great at showing the whole picture in terms of profits/losses, I do wish it gave a better breakdown of each individual coin in my portfolios actual profits and losses. So if I want the financial details of 1 specific coin in my portfolio, I have to keep a note in my phone with all my total investment costs to compare the gains for one specific coin which isn’t the worst thing but it can be annoying sometimes. The minor negatives are just that, minor, and totally overlookable when compared to all the great things this app has to offer. I am patiently waiting with my fingers crossed that one day I will hopefully be able to at least make trades through the app!

5. 5/5Useful but one of the most frustrating apps

   This app worked amazing and was very useful until 2 updates ago….after the second to last update my watch lists stopped showing up correctly. Only some coins show up in my watch lists. It says 14 are in the list but only one show up and I can’t add them back again. Figured maybe it was a glitchy update so I just waited for the next one but I just updated it again and it’s still like that. Makes the app useless to keep my lists, so frustrating because it was a very useful app when it worked. Btw I’m using an updated iPhone if devs are wondering. Would update to 5 stars if it actually worked because it WAS useful ————————————— Edit: just uninstalled and redownloaded after the most recent update and it’s working again. Didn’t work last time so I guess the update did fix it. Back to 5 stars the app is useful
