1. 5/5Very nice app (one privacy feature request though)

   As the title says, this app is very good. It’s clean, fast, simple, and it works good. Just one thing I noticed that should probably be updated: when you go into multitasking, you can still see the info in the app, meaning that all you balances are visible in the multitasking interface. Most finance apps will blur out the application in multitasking so that way you cannot see the info from the app when switching applications, but with Tangem, all of my balances are clearly visible when going into multitasking (app switching). It would be nice if the app was blurred out once you exit it, so that way you cannot see the balances and holdings in the multitasking view - it would help to make it more private. Two other improvements I recommend is the ability to see your UTXOs on the app and choose which ones you are transacting with and also being able to generate multiple wallet addresses for privacy. That would be nice. Otherwise I have no problems with the app or the cards. I am really liking this wallet! Awesome job guys, I am looking forward to future updates 👍🏻

2. 5/5Tangem is the Absolute Best

   New to crypto currency and wanted to learn as much as I could before holding. I’ve heard all the scary stories of significant losses. I checked into all the cold storage wallets and settled on Tangem. The other wallets require a large investment in an electronic device which many times breaks. Tangem uses either a card or a ring with a chip inside that holds your key, no batteries or screen that can wear out. During my learning curve I’m expected to make mistakes, fewer the better of course. I purchased some crypto currencies on my favorite exchange and then proceeded to transfer to my Tangem cold storage wallets. I was obviously in too much of a hurry and ended up sending different coins to my Pepe wallet. So, thousands of dollars of Bitcoin disappeared. I contacted Tangem and heard back within a day. I was grateful to Tangem for finding my coins on an Etherium wallet. All I had to do was add that wallet into my Tangem Home Screen and, “WALLA,” coins were all there. Very grateful that this lesson wasn’t to painful, thanks to Tangem support.

   Tangem gets crypto cold-wallet storage right, pays attention to the details, and considers their customers first in every interaction, from their website content by providing extensive guides and product information, ordering online, to the mobile application interface that secures cryptocurrency flawlessly. The mobile application is intuitive and the secure NFC-based Tangem Card or Tangem Ring provides an effortless method to process and confirm transactions with your mobile phone. Balances are quickly updated and blockchain transaction information is provided. The website provides step-by-step instructions on so many tasks (i.e., setting up Tangem with a 12- or 24-word seed phrase) and features (i.e., adding multiple wallets). The durable NFC cards and ring can be stored securely and discretely anywhere. The optional seed phrase is appreciated.

4. 4/5Blank Cards is normal

   I received 3x cards. Two were completely blank and it was not immediately apparent to me why. During setup, the app asks for specific numbers associated with a device. However, there are no numbers visible on the two blank (device) cards. That is confusing. Perhaps I am doing it wrong, which is scary, so I reached out to support and they said this is normal for security reasons. That makes sense, but the numbers for setup with blank devices did not. On another point, either some guidance would be helpful to understand transactions for the newer audiences, or an international transaction method standard should be implemented as different tokens require different transaction steps and processes. I am sure a lot of money has been lost due to confusion. First, make a few small transactions for testing purposes. Don’t let that second point deter you from purchase. DYOR, this product is convenient and really easy to use and I feel better about holding.

   I honestly am so appreciative for the type of security and simplicity the TANGEM COULD STORAGE WALLET HAS, and pairing it to having my hot wallet provided by XAMAN is my life and mission for a nest egg for my family! TANGEM has given me the peace of mind for my crypto in this market! The best thing I think is the fact that it also allows me to obtain crypto directly on the simple to use app! Thanks to TANGEM I can finally be stress free of what my funds are doing not to mention the virtual Visa card by TANGEM which would essentially allow me to turn my crypto into liquidity with ease with the way that money and transfer of wealth on the horizon will change into digital assets! Thank you for all the work and the work this company is still putting in! Everyone needs this!
